I have been to Sundberg in St Louis Park over the years for parts for my oven, dishwasher, furnace, refrigerator, even the thermostat on my wine cooler. I will agree they do not always have the lowest prices as compared to online, but that will be true for any appliance parts store. What you are paying for with Sundberg is the ability to drive over and know they will have it in stock and tell you how to install it. No website can do that. If I can afford to wait a few days I may consider buying online to save some money. But when I had a furnace blower motor burn out in my home one weekend, it was 15 degrees outside and there was no way we were going to be able to wait to have an online part delivered a few days later just to save some money. These guys were open on the weekend, and John behind the counter even took the time to explain how to get the ground wired properly for the capacitor. We were warm again in just a couple of hours, and for us that is definitely worth the price we paid for that replacement motor. I read some of the other reviews that say the guys at Sundberg are rude or nasty. I have never had an experience like that at all. Look, if you want great personalities, talk to the greeters at Walmart. But if you want guys that have the parts in stock and know what they are talking about, then definitely go to Sundberg.

Im so used to dealing with rude and incompetent people on the phone, so when I called and asked if they had what I needed, the lady was able to quickly tell me a part number and a price for exactly what I wanted. The price was comparable to the cheapest price Id found online, which of course impressed me. All I need to do now is go to the store location to pick it up!

Over the last two weeks I have needed to replace several parts. All parts were in stock and cheaper then that I found online on top of it no cost to ship it. They have a woman there named Kathy who can tell you price, part number and how many they have in stock in just minutes. Highly recommend Sundbergs ( St. Louis Park) Way to go!

GROSSLY overpriced. Cannot speak for other locations, but the "customer service" at the St. Louis Park location is horrible. The pudgy older guy in glasses should be avoided at all costs--incapable of answering any questions politely and accurately, everything is peppered with sarcasm. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Paul at the parts counter really helped me and went out of his way to make sure I finally had the correct sealed burner for my Jenn Air. Fast returned phone calls and great service with style. All this from a person who deals all day with other peoples needs.

I called to order a part and the lady on the phone was very rude and completely unfriendly. Ultimately, I elected not to order from there store. If there phone service sucks... what is the rest of their service going to be like?

Can we say expensive and lack the ability to even type a model number into a computer. They certainly could find the hold button when somebody called though.
