After going through a bait and switch hell of Sears Outlet I ended up here mostly out of curiosity. We needed to replace a washing machine. Stopped in once to look and then again to buy. Both times the staff was courteous, knowledgable and most importantly low pressure. I explained our normal clothes washing use and they outlined three models to meet that need and what the benefits and differences were and why it would matter and then let me make the decision on my own. In contrast the big boxes either couldnt be bothered to even talk to you or listed items on their website they later said were not available or not available at that price. Its an outlet and supposed to be scratch n dent but the GE High Efficiency washing machine we bought at $189 off retail has barely a mark on it and in its first week of use has been what we consider a great buy. Thank you Roger and the folks at Appliance Outlet Center! We will likely be back!

I visited the Appliance outlet for a washer and dryer. We entered the location and found it to be very drab and dirty. The lighting was poor and there wasnt that much selection. We were looking at a Washer and Dryer and was asking the sales reps questions. He didnt seem very knowledgeable. I had a 10% off coupon from their site that I showed him and he said that he didnt know if they were taking that anymore. It wasnt expired and I download it that day. Nevertheless, we found a pair that were $539 a piece and while trying to find the pair with the least dents and scratches. I decided to search online and found the exact pair at 5 different locations for the same price new. I showed the sales rep my phone and he asked "where at" and I said everywhere. If I am willing to buy scratch and dent I want a good deal not the same price as retail. We left and wont go back.

We needed to replace our washer, and instead of going to a big box store, we popped in to the Appliance Outlet Center. We found exactly what we needed at a reasonable price. It was in and out in probably 20 minutes or so. That was earlier this week. Today it was delivered and installed, and our old washer was carted off. The washer is running now, and there are no problems. I had an all-around good experience.

What can you say, its Roger! My family has been buying GE seconds from him for years with great success! This place is a little bit of an unknown appliance secret from the west metro. The outlet itself is nothing fancy, but the service is second to none. Their stock seems to turn over pretty quickly, so go to buy no to shop!

Thought this was an okay place. But now my dryer is broken after four months, and still broken. DO NOT BUY ANY GE APPLIANCE!!!
