Ok, I wanted to wait some time before posting this review and also Im going to be as much specific as possible so you know my experience with these guys. Here it goes: First of all, I’ve bought 3 cars already from them. Last October 2016, I bought my FIRST CAR IN AMERICA with them and they were great. At that time, this guy named Edwin took care of me and he was really patient, answered all my questions (and trust me, first time buying a car in the US? I HAD QUESTIONS!) And we tested at least 5 cars that time and guess what? I got my Honda Accord 2009 in GREAT CONDITIONS! Actually, the car had a little issue with the oil pressure sensor, I took it to the dealership the next day and they changed it and didn’t charge me a dime. A few months later, In December 2016 we bought a car for my brother, a Chevy Sonic 2012, my brother LOVES THAT CAR! Edwin wasn’t there anymore but Rami took care of everything. When we bought that car, had issues with the stereo and the shocks… Took it the next day and… Long story short… They replaced what was needed to be replaced and like It took a couple of days to get it fixed because their shop was full… They lent us a car. In February 2017, I bought my THIRD CAR FROM THEM. I saw their website, chose a few options, bought a Dodge Journey 2013 at that time and didn’t even tested it, just went there, saw the SUV, Rami once again worked with me with the price and I bought it. When I was gonna drive for the very first time after buying it, had a small issue with the rear view mirrors control panel. Once again, they took care of it. The next day I started to feel something wrong with the front right side wheel but I took it there days later because I way busy at work (like two or three weeks later). We talked things through and they took care of half the bill and that’s more than ok considering the fact that I didn’t take it to the dealership at time. All of the cars I’ve bought from them have been a blessing for me and my family. I took some time and a lot of details to write this review because I want to make something clear here, and this is a Life Principle: what you sow is what you reap! If you are looking for a place where everything is flawless and you never wanna have an issue with anybody… please, if you find it, let me know where it is located! I rather working with a company that solves problems, than one that tries to make it seem like there is not one at all. These guys are GREAT!!! They have worked with me every single step of the way. Rami is a real problem solver and he always has the best attitude and him and Octavio (the current sales person) they know how to take care of customers. I REALLY RECOMMEND THEM AND REMEMBER… if you see a one star review from somebody who didn’t get anything… I’M GIVING THEM A 5 STAR REVIEW AND HAVE BOUGHT 3 CARS FROM THEM ALREADY!!! GREAT JOB CAR EX AUTO SALES!!!

BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM WITHOUT HAVING VEHICLE INSPECTED. $15,000 IN NEEDED REPAIRS ON A OVERPRICED CAR ALREADY! Just purchased a 2004 Bmw 760i from your dealership. I called and asked about condition of vehicle prior to making an offer. I was told that the vehicle was in great condition. I asked what was done to it when it arrived. They indicated a tire rotation. Proceeded to ask if it was inspected. They said oh we just did a tire rotation was just needed. I asked if it was inspected. It was supposedly inspected. I purchased the vehicle and arrived within a few days. I had the vehicle fully inspected with an independant dealer and found over $12,000 in needed items. The check engine and air bag suspension light flashed. The vehicle has severe issus included the right rear suspension is bad where its literally sitting on the wheel. The inspection found over 8 issues including cylinder 2,5,7,9 misfire. The rear shocks are $3,000 a piece alone. It needs a new 12 spark plugs, wires and more. The valve covers leaking, power steeking rack has caused all over the underneath. If this car was inspected which they didnt even agree to do the oil change until I purchased the vehicle you cant say you didnt see anything wrong with the vehicle. If you have any questions feel free to get ahold of me. The next step is the Texas DOT for not disclosing any concerns.

My story is my way of saying thank you to Rami Ghuneim at Care Ex Auto Sales. I was driving down Highway 6 about 6:30 at night. My car overheated and I pulled into the dealership. Rami called a wrecker for me. In the meantime, Rami showed me be a car that had just come into his dealership when I asked to look at cars in my price range. He showed me one and said I could come back in a couple of days. He would prepare it for me. He also showed me the carfax report. He gave me a fair price. That I confirmed on KKB. Two days later, I came for a test drive and took it to my mechanic My mechanic said that the car needed a couple of items (battery & hood lift). In additions, he pointed out that two major costs of buying a used car was taken care of. (Tires and Breaks) I informed Rami and he said that he would take care of the battery and hood lift and closed the deal. When I took position of the car, it looked and ran like a brand new car off of the showroom floor (It was 10 Years old with 143,000 miles) The way Rami and his partner took care of me and my significant other was very impressive and appreciated. Thank you again Rami.

Ive been using their services for over 10 years, bought and sold several vehicles through them, continuously taking my cars there for repair and service. Great people, prompt service, simply the best Ive in Houston so far. Always refer them to my friends and colleagues and would highly recommend to anyone else. Usually I do not write reviews, but after reading few negative posts I felt that I had to write something, as unfortunately for businesses, most of the happy and satisfy customers do not have time to write reviews and only unhappy ones do. Thats not fair at all. I been using Car Ex for decade and they are always been a good people and its always been a pleasure to do business with them. But, I guess, there are always unhappy people in this world:). Some of them of the weather, some of their jobs, etc. But reading some reviews some wants to buy a 20 year old car and feels that its new and has lifetime warranty or to buy a car and not pay for it :). But realistically, good place, good people, good service. Hope my vote is counts too.

I went to purchase a 2014 Impala Ltz from this car dealership and the car wouldnt even crank. The salesman kept trying to tell me that it was the battery which it wasnt because when you turned the key all the lights and locks started working. So he went and got a battery charger to try and charge the battery and the same thing happened and another salesman was helping another customer right down from me and he was having the same problem it was just with another car I honestly dont know what the problem was but I know if you go to a dealership and the cars arent starting then theres some bullshit going on.
