Estoy muy contenta voy saliendo con mi carro de Cypress auto sale !!! Ha sido una excelente experiencia tratar con esta gente comenzando con Gabriel el maneger ... en la primera visita solo fui a averiguar los precios me atendio Thelma super amable con mucha paciencia me hizo sentir que eramos amigas no una vendedora .... cuando escogi el carro ella me introdujo con Gabriel ... el me dio todas las facilidades para acomodarme a mi presupuesto ...Gabriel me hizo sentir que esa era mi casa y que yo tenia puertas abiertas con ustedes ... y hoy finalmente cerramos trato me atendio George super amable !! No tengo queja estoy muy satisfecha y contenta!!! Mil gracias Dios los bendiga!!!

My experience with GABRIEL was horrible. This man is supposed to be a godly man. Hes very rude and hes a FRAUD. I put down 7k on a 2015 Toyota Camry. He came to Louisiana and stole the car. I called him several times and he finally answered on Monday . Everyone on here saying how great he is, just wait until you have an issue with the vehicle. Gabriel will belittle you as a person. I hope TRUMP sends his ass back where he belongs. This man doesnt deserve to be this country. I am taking this man to court. I will not allow him to mess over me. I ADVISED U TO PASS CYPRESS AUTO SALES UP. TAKE UR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. PLEASE KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! THIS MAN IS AN UNGODLY PERSON. A GODLY MAN WOULDNT STEAL FROM SOMEONE THAT WORKED HARD FOR THEIR MONEY. JUST LIKE HE HAVE FAMILY TO FEED I DO TOO. I AM BEGGING U TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. THIS LIAR, SCHEMER, AND FRAUD DOESNT DESERVE ANYBODYS BUSINESS. RUN! RUN! Some people make the mistake of thinking that a small car lot wont have great cars or offer the variety that a large car dealership has...Cypress Auto Sales proved that assumption to be very wrong! We found a beautiful car here that we absolutely LOVED - Fully loaded, so clean, smelled brand new with absolutely everything you could want in a vehicle - seriously! We received the best deal that we have ever received on a vehicle purchase! These guys here work HARD to get the deal done and their hard work pays off in the end so that you leave happy and satisfied! The salesman here, Carlos, warmly greeted us upon our arrival and had the vehicle ready for us. Carlos was so nice and friendly and comfortable to deal with. Carlos, the finance guy and the General Manager Gabriel worked hard and made this deal happen for us and blessed us with a vehicle we are very pleased with! Go see these guys and they will take care of you and get the deal done! ☺

I have purchased my first vehicle from Cypress Auto Sales and had the best experience. I dealt with three people at the dealership. Andy, my Salesman, , the Manager Gabriel and George, in finance. All three of these men made my buying experience exceptional. In my opinion, I thought dealerships were more interested in your money and making the sale. After all, its all about moving vehicles, right ? To my surprise, this wasnt the case. The Cypress Sales Team made it personal. It was about taking care of their most important customer, me. That was most important to them. They proved it over and over with Andys in depth knowledge of different car make/models, options and performance. Georges persistence in finding the best finance options available. Finally, Gabriels trust and business approach to close the deal. I am very happy with my new truck and will absolutely do business with them again.

First, the owner Gabriel stayed open for me since I got off work late. That of course was wonderful and a very kind gesture. I bought a very nice F150,complete with a car fax report. We are still paying but thank god the person who owned the car (one owner) took very good care of the truck.Over the course of a couple years I have been completely satisfied with the service I get each time I pay over the phone which is another plus. George,who works in the office is very outgoing and a great asset to the company. I always enjoy calling,and he never forgets to greet me like old friends each time we talk. I have and definitely will keep referring people to this place. Good job guys!

If I could give this place a negative star I would. My heart goes out to the family from Louisiana that Gabriel robbed. You never know someones situation. That family probably put down their last hard earned money, probably their only vehicle. Gabriel and the rest of Cypress Auto Sales workers, DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE THEM DO UNTO YOU! If I were that family I would protest in front of his business, contact all news channels, contact a damn good lawyer. Theres laws and we should all know our rights. I would make sure your story gets out. God will never put more on you than you can handle. This is not CHRISTIAN like!

Its hard to find someone in this business who will stand behind his word. Gabriel did that, thank you Gabriel for being a man of your word. I will refer you to friends and family when they are looking for a vehicle. I enjoyed meeting and dealing with the entire staff. Next time Im in the market, I will be checking with these guys first. Other "small" lots had me spinning my wheels all over town. I wish I had found these guys first. It would have saved me so much time. This is a go to spot. Great guys to work with and very fair. Their new lot looks great and they have a nice selection. If you see a car listed by them, put them at the top. You wont regret dealing with these guys. Customer Service - 5 stars...Fairness - 5 stars...Great Car - 5 stars.

Bought a 2007 Chevy Silverado 1500 2WD 4DR today. The entire team, George, Gabriel, and the youngest car salesman out there, were all professional, tough, fair, and engaging. They were patient in answering all my questions and fixed the few bulb outages we found during our test drive. They never pressured. Buying a used car can be a challenge. Cypress Auto Sales came through with fair and reasonable performance. When I need another used car, I will definitely give these guys another visit.

This dealership is great. Gabriel helped us to get a great deal on a much needed Truck. The customer service is great. We asked for a ford truck and he helped us look at several. We picked the one that worked best for us. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a used vehicle. They even helped us with the financing. Definite go here for great customer service and reasonable prices! When we need a another vehicle we will be sure to go back.

I havent bought a car that required a note in 25 years. Awesome experience. Anna, Gabriel the manager and George the financial manager were great!!!!! No hassle and they really cared about me.
