If i could give this place no stars i would! Please please please if you decide to buy from these people, spend the 100$ and have the vehicle checked through dealer; it will save you alot of money and time. Bkught my car in February, within 3hrs of driving off the lot the car gave problems, all dash lights came on ( stopped in traffic). Finally went back to let them know of the problem and the owners response was, " car is as is, its your problem". So the next day i took it to dealer... Spent 400$ replacing bad sensors. I went back with reciepts and asked could the 400$ be taken off of sale price....( he laughed). Car was fine after that, one month later, car started hard shifting...back to dealer, needs 700$ in repairs for solenoids and transmission work. I called the "so-called" warranty company that i paid for....come to find out, they never got my payment because lbc never applied it so they wont cover it and its too late. Lbc only feedback was, "sorry well take that from you balance due". That is too bad because Im stuck paying for the repairs again. Finally, after just owning the fact that i was SCAMMED, i paid my car off....it has been over 2 months and still no title. Everytime that i call they give me an excuse, about the title... Mike( the owner), is friendly but behind that smile he is UNETHICAL and is operating a bad business. I have reciepts and dates for all work that Ive had to do for the car... At the least, he couldve done was to take the repair cost off of the balance. I just pray that he doesnt have a family, because one day, someone is going to screw him or his family like he is doing to us hardworking people. Ok, rather you read all of this or not, please just do your research before making a impulsive buy. Not to mention they rush you through signing papers that basically says screw you. Ive lost over 1300$ on top of the 4k that i paid.... It rained yesterday and driver side back floor is flooded. These people DO NOT care about you, all that they care about is money. Too bad for them but i dont think theyll last too long with the reputation that they have. ---disappointed customer

My husband and I purchased a vehicle from LBC auto sales in December of 2012. They had put an ad on craigslist for a 2000 Lexus RX300 with approximately 106k miles. We went to go look at the vehicle all the way from Dallas, test drove it, and made a deal with them. We made sure that the vehicle had the miles stated and requested to view a carfax. They showed us the pages without miles, and said that their printer had stopped working but that it was a clean title with no accidents. We went ahead and purchased the vehicle and made our way back to Dallas. A few months later after the purchase the transmission went out while we were driving on the highway (this was life threatening), so we had to spend a few thousand dollars for a new one. When we go over bumps the car makes noises like we have never heard before and it gives us no gas mileage, and this is when we took the vehicle to CarMax to see if we could trade it for another car. When they appraised it they told us that the vehicle had the miles rolled back! We were in shock! We were even in more shock when we found out that the car had 265k miles in 2011 and we are in 2014 and the odometer in my car reads 125k miles. How is that possible? We contacted the company and they are not willing to do anything for us, we looked at their reviews on Google and yahoo and we are not apparently the first people to complain about a car that was sold by them that had their miles rolled back. We are talking about a vehicle with over 300k miles instead of 100k. The timing belt has a service sticker of 179k miles and my odometer reads less! I cannot believe that anyone would have the courage to put someone’s life in danger like this. IT IS ILLEGAL TO ROLL BACK MILES. The Federal Odometer Act says that: “ any dealer who rolls back an odometer, or sells a car knowing the odometer has been rolled back, may be liable for triple your money damages, with a minimum of $10,000.00. Plus they have to pay your attorney’s fees if you win”. To add to this problem we did not receive our car title until 9 months after the purchased date, when we paid the guy in CASH up front!

These people are TERRIBLE! Theyre CROOKS and CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!! Im not going to rant about what they did to me because I dont want to waste anyones time, but I do want EVERYONE who READS this post to STAY AWAY!!! Ive never posted something so negative online before but for the protection of my fellow hard working people. I WILL!!! These guys will lie in your face and act as if they had no clue about the TERRIBLE VEHICLES they sell. Yes, the cars are beautiful on the outside but once you purchase that bad boy its a WRAP!!! Please... Any and EVERYONE reading this do not purchase a car from them. I understand they sell "used cars" but believe me when I say theyre CROOKS!! The two cousins... Mike (The owner) and his cousin (forgot his name) but if you scroll down to... "fadi elhaddad" below thats the cousin in the pix with some kid... WRITING A REVIEW about HIMSELF! However, it may be deleted by the time someone reads this. 1. I test drove the car 2. Investigated the VIN # 3. EVERYTHING I pray no one else is robbed or taken advantage of. On the other hand, if you choose NOT to believe me, please ask if you can take the car to YOUR OWN MECHANIC and have them CHECK IT OUT FOR YOU! I made the mistake and did not do so... I believed their words from their mechanic and its ALL LIES! If they say yes and your mechanic gives you the ok on the car.. .WONDERFUL but if they say no... DO NOT DO IT! Go SOMEWHERE ELSE! Protect yourself, your money and live stress free.

ALL OF THESE GOOD REVIEWS MUST BE FRIEND FRIENDS AND FAMILY BECAUSE THE DUDE I DEALT WITH WAS RUDE AND HAD A STICK UP HIS BUTT. Purchased a car from them in june. I asked specific questions about the car and took photos. I recorded the encounter on my phone to have comparisons. It rained recently and my entire drivers side floors are flooded. This isnt something that is looked over. I asked if the seals on those doors would affect the car or moisture. I was specifically told no. I tried to contact the dealer before posting reviews and informed him that I asked him and he lied to me. He told me thats on me. Then when I said I would post a review he started name calling and threatening me. He said he cant wait to laugh at me when something big happens to my car. He lied to me and was extremely unprofessional. Car dealers do not care once its off the lot. The window seals were terribly done but, at least they do the job. Seals are not expensive or hard to do....so not only was he a liar but hes a cheap liar. He even started talking to me about karma when I mentioned writing a review. I dont think he knew what karma means. Either way the ratty tiny dealership is in an abandoned flea market parking lot. The only nice person there was the gentleman that accepted my last payment and handed me my title. That guy should find a better place. Hes too good for it.
