I went reluctantly to check out a car for my sister in law, as I am not partial to the model she was interested in. The car in question was out on a test drive when I arrived. I noticed a corolla as I approached, which was on the short list according to what I hoped she would end up with for her first car. I checked it out, it was ugly, but sound otherwise. The price reflected the state of the car, more than fair if I am being honest. In spite of that reality, they moved on the price some, merely as a courtesy Im sure. Unbeknownst to me at the time, only some of the money was actually available, with a remainder a week or two out, and they still put her in the car that day. It was a great experience by my standards, and Ive bought a lot of cars. Most significantly though, they afforded a young woman the opportunity to achieve a milestone, and set a standard In customer service that in my opinion is rarely if ever paralleled. They clearly had numerous cars that were in very good condition, thats not what we were after, but you might be. Going forward, Ill definitely look to them when I want to find a car.

The place looks like a dump. The place is a dump. I bought a Mini Cooper from don in October of 2016. Within 1 1/2 months the car was in the shop needing a new timing set, oil pump replacement, crankshaft position sensor, ignition coils, engine pulled for bearing replacement and much more. Needless to say the $7,800 I spent on the car wasnt enough to motivate Don to do anything to help a customer out. I am now stuck owing $18,000 for a car that Don claims he "only made $200 on". Thats not even enough to pay his staff any commission. He dodged every question, took forever to reply, and proved that he is a shady crook. I have no respect for him, his business, or his product. Disgraceful. Please dont waste your time.

Going to Dons auto was a mistake! I was looking at one of the nicer cars he had, test drove it and took it to a mechanic I know to get his input on it. Mechanic said it would need $300-$500 worth of work. When I tried to use this information for negotiation Don wouldnt every TRY to negotiate the price. He asked if I wanted it or not. He also gave me no information as to what he wanted me to sign unless I asked about it, and wouldnt explain the things to do and go through in order to buy the car. I would have gotten the car if he didnt have an attitude with me and actually seemed professional. Just goes to show, first impressions are everything! DO NOT GO TO DONS AUTO!!

I found buying a car from Don to be easy - painless. I found the car I wanted online - came in and test drove it and left that day with it. The car is great - I am super happy with the mechanical condition it is in. It was also very fairly priced. Only complaint I have about the transaction is that the car was filthy inside. The seats have had something spilled in them- I still need to have them cleaned. The car was very dirty (thick on the dashboard and everywhere really and smelled-still smells- of smoke). However, considering the price was about $3000 less than at other dealerships for the same year and mileage, I dont mind having to clean it myself.

Great Dealership. Don was very upfront about things. He took the time to setup an appointment with a mechanic to have the truck get looked at. The mechanic said the truck just needed some general maintenance but was in good condition. When I went back to the dealership, he came down some on the price to offset the cost of the work that needed to be done. Just not enough for me. Fair is fair, he has to make a profit. Unfortunately, I just dont know enough to do the work myself and had to walk away. Hopefully, Don gets in something that will be a better fit for me.

After anxiously looking for months for the right truck to buy, I saw one advertised on Dons website. After reading reviews from Google about Dons lot I went down to look at it. Admittedly, the lot isnt much to look at and even made me a bit nervous. But style was more than made up for in Dons demeanor. He wasnt pushy or intrusive. He gave me space and time to look over the truck and produced a VIN check when asked about the history. He was even willing to work a reasonable price less than the asking price. Id easily work with him again.

Don seems to be a fair car dealer. I wasnt really shopping for a car, but saw one on the lot I was interested in. Test drove it twice, maybe even a third time. Discovered a couple mechanical issues I thought could be a problem down the road and he worked with me to arrive at a price we were both happy with. I did do some preventative maintenance after purchasing the car, but now having put over 10,000 miles on it Ive been very happy with the purchase.

Don was very fair and honest about the vehicle we were buying. Its rare you find that in the used car business today. I will definitely look to Don for my next used car purchase! Update: Ok, after six month and 1200 miles driven on the vehicle, rods are bad and blown engine. Tough investment. Certainly not the dealerships fault but buyer beware with no warranty. Throw away car for $6,500 (OUCH!!)

Absolutely love Susan and Don. Bought a 2002 Dodge Durango RT from em for a steal! Friendliest people I had talked to about a vehicle others were pushy they were honest and UO front with me even worked on the price because I had it inspected and there were a few costly repairs to be made just manufacturers suggested replacements. I freaking love this thing will be back in soon!

We were interested in buying a jeep, so we went and looked at one on his lot, test drove it and loved it. Cash in hand, we went to buy it when he then tells us he will not sell us the car because someone else was coming to see it, and he wasnt going to sell it from "under their nose" . A few hours later he calls to tell us he sold it to them.

Just purchased a car from Dons Carz. It was a great experience. No pushing or games, just honest business dealings. Really appreciated how flexible they were with test drives and having the auto checked by my mechanic. I will definitely recommend family and friends to check them out for future car purchases.
