I purchased my glasses at Ft.Wayne, IN Lens Crafters and got poor service on my glasses that needed better screws because they became loose and let the lenses move. I was visiting my daughter here in PA and went to the Exton location with hopes of better service. He took my glasses to their Lab after 45 minutes I had to go ask for them. I could see my glasses on their counter all apart obviously all that time. Another guy shoved them through to me after he put his figure prints all over the lenses while putting them together and he said it wasnt his job to do this. The guy that took them was waiting on someone else. A lady working with another customer wiped them off. Now they arent fitting my nose right and the bifocal line is off. Guess Ill need to search for another location to remedy this now. I am so done with Lens Crafters and will NEVER buy another pair of glasses from Lens Crafters. Sure they are anxious to sell, but dont count on getting any service.....Linda

I never write reviews and never cared too until I went to this lenscrafters in Exton Square Mall. Worst lenscrafters ever. STAY AWAY. Went to them to get my eyes checked for dry-eye. Was charged $75 for a 10 minute check-up. Was put on a regiment that didnt work. Went back and was charged another $75 because their first one didnt fix the problem. Told me to come back after 5 days so they can charge me another $75. Will never go back. Guess its partially on me to pick a convienet place

I purchased Oakleys frameless titanium glasses at a cost of 684. and have been back for repairs 6 times! they keep falling apart. I have the transitions and they are polarized. I was told by one of the employees that she would never buy frameless because of their problems. They offered me a discount of 50%with I think is ludicrous, I am fighting for another pair at no cost.

First experience was fantastic, people and products. Second purchase a year later was completely different. Bought two pairs of Ray-Ban. One frame missing a screw. Went back in 3 times - they could not obtain the missing screw (what?). Said would have to order new frame. Months have now gone by and no one called me back - which was the case each time I went in previously.

Very poor quality of lenses. Went back 3 times to store to fix defective lense. Location would not fix problem - their solution was to clean the lenses. Dont be fooled by 30 day satisfaction guarantee - they try to discourage you by telling you nothing is wrong instead of fixing the problem. If you want quality glasses and service go to a reputable eyewear dealer.

Absolutely horrible experience. No one from the doctors office attends the phone. You keep trying to make appointments and when you walk in they are either leaving or too lazy to schedule. I have shopped there for years but over the last 2 years the service just took a dive for the worse. The guy at the front desk should go get some sleep, he could use some.

A few months ago, I found that I needed glasses. Kelly was very helpful in finding the right glasses for me at the right price. Dr. Weber was very helpful in finding the right prescription. My glasses have been wonderful and they even tighten and clean them for me when I stop in at the store!

The doctor said my son needed reading glasses but my son disagreed. I asked him to read the very fine print on something and he saw it very well. I think the doctor was wrong. I got my glasses there and they seemed to be the wrong prescription - too strong and hurt my eyes.

Ali, our salesperson, went out of his way to be sure that our sun glass purchases received the best discounts possible (AAA, or AARP), and spent quite a bit of time with us even though there we several customers waiting.

Good because of selection and turn around time but they up sell like its their job (but I guess it is). Always ask for peices for ALL of your options or be prepared to fork over a ton of cash
