I placed an order for a same day floral delivery at 11:00 CST. I waited all day to hear from the recipient, as it was a surprise "thank you" arrangement. I never heard from the recipient. I asked a member of the recipients household if there was a floral delivery and there hadnt been one. I called the next morning to see if they received my order. They informed me that they were unable to log on to the website to download the information, but they were able to tell me they didnt have the tulips or the vase the picture online showed. The lady told me she didnt call me because she didnt think it was time sensitive since it was a "thank you" and not an "anniversary" or "birthday." Who is she to decide if my same day order is not time sensitive? It was to me, as I waited in anticipation all day to surprise someone! So I was told they would get in touch with the website help desk and work on my order that morning. 4 hours later and not having heard a word from the recipient again, I called the florist. This time a man answered who asked the lady about the order. I heard again the story about not being able to log onto the website to download information. So again, no phone call. No sense of urgency. No delivery. At that point, I canceled my order. I DO NOT recommend ANYONE order from this florist unless time is no issue. This was POOR customer service. It was like they did not care one iota.

worst experience ever. wish i had read reviews first. basically wouldnt talk to me until they got my billing info and then refused to do anything i ask. turned what could have been a great thought into a cheap idea. was told that basically i was asking too many questions and they didnt have time to explain to me. i asked about a few flowers because of the meanings behind them and was told that wasnt going to happen. ruined a very special moment for me and i would never call them again. i should have just hung up the phone but the fear that she took my billing info first kept me from it.

Made a quick stop in on a Saturday needing a small bouquet for my daughter after her dance recital. The lady let me know that on Saturdays the loose cuts are half price. I went and picked out everything I wanted and she wrapped it all up and put it in a bag so my daughter couldnt see. 3 hydrangeas and 3 daisies for $11! The flowers are good quality and I wouldnt of gotten anything better anywhere else. Staff was very nice and got me out the door quickly. Will defiantly make more Saturday stops soon!

I sure hope the flowers are better than the delivery service. Called in at 11AM and said driver was out til 2pm. Said they would deliver ASAP after 2pm. Called at 3:20 to find out wtf? Driver knew nothing about it and said they had til 5..........BIRTHDAY ROSES! Who the heck would deliver birthday roses at 5pm on a workday??? PLEASE! I even offered to pay extra to get them there EARLIER. Its also pretty obvious now, which of these reviews has been written by the owner and which are by real customers.

Called in a panic when FTD notified me that they could not complete a bouquet and delivery in time for a funeral. Shanna was awesome! She worked with me to get the flowers ordered and had no problem getting them there in time for the visitation even though it was past the normal cut off time for deliveries. Made my day! HA I called to talk to them about weddings, the consultant Kristine called me back. She spent the first 30 seconds shooting down 3 flower ideas like it was nothing, refusing to work with me! Then when we tried to find a time to meet to set up a consult so we could meet in person, she would not work with my times and dates at all. We ended the conversation with me being an emotional wreck. Boo.
