Ive always enjoyed shopping at this store, but the employees went above and beyond on Friday, July 14, 2017. My friend and I were in the check out line when he became dizzy, nauseous, and very sweaty. He has heart issues already and has had vertigo as well. I wasnt sure which it was, but I was very scared. My friend sat on bench and I finally convinced him to let me call 911. I went to the service desk where a young man, and I apologize I was too nervous to get names, called 911 calmly and quickly. A manager overheard me and he went to my friends side where he talked with him and went and got him paper towels. Another employee brought him a garbage can in case he got sick. They were all amazing. No one hovered that didnt need to be there, but you could feel everyone cared, deeply. At the hospital they diagnosed a vertigo spell. Thank goodness it wasnt a heart attack, which is what I feared. Publix is an amazing store and the employees are so friendly and helpful on a regular visit. I thank you all for the calm, friendly, helpful service you provided my friend, and me actually, during a scary episode.

Never again I have shopped and use this pharmacy since moving to Florida . Even moved and remained loyal to the store and Pharmacy but Today was my last day ever using either . Once a month spend about 300 in store....then once week spend about another hundred on weekly specials. Well today was the last day I wait an hour and a half for a prescription. I cant remember the last time I was there and it didnt take a least an hour. Well I will find a place that it doesnt take that long . A few others have also stopped using the store for the same reason. I spend extra money and time because I believed in loyalty well never again I now understand why they left and now I am to

These are the nicest people at this store, at all times. But yesterday Store Manager Roxanne and Deli Manager Ellen, went above and beyond for my mother, who had a fainting spell, calmed her, as well as myself, and stayed with her until I could get her home. I want to thank both of you so very much, it is so nice when there are people who extend a hand to someone in need, and it was so very much appreciated. Thanks from both my mom and myself and God bless. And thanks to all who work at that store, the nicest people I have ever seen in any store!

Best store ever, the employees and managment are ceratinly so help full and corteous. They have everything that I need and enjoy. I have only used the pharmacy once and that was a good experience. The bakery and the cakes are superb. The meat and fish departmnets have great selections and the produce department has all the fruit and veggies I desire. The quality of the food is what I depend on and this store has top quality. That is what I pay for and I find that the prices are good, the value is there best selling point.

The WORST Publix I have ever been to ! Waited 15 minutes at the Sub counter, no one else there, employees totally ignored us, when we started leaving, Sub girl called out to us, asked for 5 Grain Sub Roll, told they were no good, even though they were on the rack. Asked for a Manger on way out, was told they were too busy ? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !

This place is a joke. They hardly have parsley. They have no clue on how to slice Genova salami...you tell them thin, and you get thick slices...forget the subs...they pile on so much lettuce.....this is the only publix in the area that is like that.....the other publixs are great....so I think its management....

Deli department is horrible. Online ordering is a joke. You write it out correctly and they still screw up the subs. Not only the 1st time but when the manager Becky tries to re-do to replace them for you and she screws them up as well and cops an attitude. Can not follow directions. Poor customer service

Usually the subs are great when you order them there at the store. First time ordering online and the sub was not good at all. Ordered a Philly the peppers,onions,and mushrooms did not get cooked. Was like that on both subs we ordered.

The cleanest place to shop for food in town. Prices are generally good, with buy one get one free promos every week. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great pharmacy with major discounts on common generics and FREE antibiotics.

Too small you need to expand your stores. Very hard to find anything in addition to not having enough of the products due to such small stores. Springhill has grown you need to also
