I was missing a heavy duty ratchet for my rachet set so I went to this pawn shop that I had never been to before. The guys behind the counter Ray and Tony wasted no time in assisting me. Within 2 to 3 mins. they found me a rachet out of their back room that fit my set. When I asked for the cost, they told me it was free. I thought it was a joke and stood there waiting for the punch line. Believe it or not... They told me it was mine (yes, for free) and even went to the trouble of testing out the ratchet on my sockets, which I walked in the store with; and even organized the little sockets that were upside down in myratchet set. These guys know there ratchets and have great customer service skills. In addition, they know how to treat a lady who really didnt know much about sizes of rachets or sockets. They have truly made a positive long lasting impression on me. I will surely recommend their pawn shop to all my friends, and family.
