The staff is awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of retro games was very good as well. The only gripe I have is that prices have been inflating since retro games have become very popular once again, so games that people say are "Rare" and asking hundreds of dollars on Ebay for are also adjusted in the store as such. This really sucks for hardcore gamers/collectors that are looking to play games of their childhood via the original cartridge or complete their collection. Also they used to have Non-sport PS2 & Xbox games for 1.00 & $2.50 which are pretty much non-existent now and their all at least $5.00. So if your looking for a nice store with a good selection and price isnt really a factor for you, then I do recommend this store. However dont expect to find any "hidden gems" for cheap..

"The Exchange" on McKnight Road is a SUPERB Place to FIND that Obscure DVD or Difficult CD! My Wife & i have been going to that location for a few years now! The GREAT & KNOWLEDGEABLE Staff have FOUND quite a few HARD TO FIND Movie Titles & Music CDs for me! My Daughter & her Husband go to "THE EXCHANGE" a lot to find that CLASSIC ACTION DVD or that FUNNY COMEDY thats NOT available any more! When i call them & ask for a CERTAIN TITLE, Theyll tell me if they have it, if not, theyll HUNT FOR IT! They have found at least 30 different titles for me, & NEVER said that they COULDNT or WOULDNT! I like them & respect them too!!! Our Son also goes there to find that CERTAIN "CHUCK NORRIS" Film that he has to have!

My friend bought a used Xbox 360 controller. It didnt work (cord had to be held in a certain position to maintain connection) . When we returned it with the receipt (only a few days later), the exchange would only replace it with in-store credit. They did not have any other used 360 controllers. When I insisted they give him his money back, they offered us 85% of it back because of a 15% restocking fee. If a store is going to specialize in used goods, i would hope they have a slightly better return policy for broken merchandise. If I need any other used merchandise, i will feel a lot safer buying it off the internet.

Cool store with huge selection of movies, CDs, video games and video game accessories. Though I find their CDs a little expensive considering theyre on the verge of becoming obsolete, movies and video games are both really cheap - much cheaper than going to Target or Game Stop. I always go here first of I ever want a video game and the games I bought were all dirt cheap and worked properly. Staff is very friendly too as they ask if you need help without hounding you to buy something. The biggest complaint I have is the parking - the lot is very small and is only accessible via northbound on McKnight.

Store used to be an awesome place to shop. Prices have gone up, the actual quality of the merchandise they sell has gone down, and the current staff is inept at best and rude at worst. They have sold me defective consoles and other equipment on numerous occasions. I would seriously recommend taking your business either to Amazon for retro needs or another store for more current products.

If youre looking for a specific movie or music album Im sure this place will have it. Cheap too! The staff are extremely helpful. I love going here with 10 bucks and being able to walk out with 5 new movies to watch. If you havent checked the place out Id highly recommend it. This location seems better than the others as well.

The Exchange has the best prices on used cds, videogames, and tv shows that I have ever found. The service is usually good although if you need someone who will definitely help you look for an employee that is a little older. I love shopping here.
