First off, this place is huge, they were pretty busy when I got there which gave me a chance to look around. I see why now, they have TONS of great products. All the staff seemed super helpful, and RJ was great. I was in there to pawn a couple guitars, and needed $200. I doubted I would get it, as the guitars I was pawning werent the most expensive kinds (an epiphone and an ibanez) and most pawn shops I have dealt with in the past always low ball, even on pawns. I am definitely coming back to get them, and he trusted me when I told him that, and he gave me the $200, actually he bumped it up to $225, I didnt even have to press. This shocked me, thats some service right there. I highly recommend this place over any other pawn shop in the area. If others are closer, make the extra trip, it will definitely be worth it.

Good loans, affable personnel ... the only thing that sucks is you have to leave your stuff hocked for a minimum of 3 weeks... I think its a Maryland law or something but its ridiculous. Also, Ive had the pawn shop preemptively wipe the install on a laptop preparing it for resale the day BEFORE I was able to make a payment, which I did and got the laptop back, but had lost all my software and configuration. Still, for a scummy business, these guys are pretty fair.

Brought a 50" DLP TV in to sell, the nice guy working there who was helping to bring it in dropped it 5 or 6 inches in the back of my car which damaged the lamp(DLPs have expensive GLASS light bulbs in them) and the TV wouldnt work when we plugged it in and tells me "Sorry i cant buy a broken item". Now i have no extra money for a new TV or a working TV at all. Really nice guy, screwed me over hard.

I believe they can be alil more caring some things people had no choice due to they situation. They care more for the money then helping the people. This i must say will be the last time I do business there. No matter the history you have they dont care

They have a very big selection. I bought a guitar and an iPod at very reasonable prices. The staff was very willing to help both times I went and were especially patient when I asked to see different items.
