I been going to this vaule pawn for along time. My last three transactions was very different I purchased a bike for myself from a male store manger. Me and a friend was with me at the time the guy store manger give me discount on the bike I was greatly pleased. My friend came back the next day I think his name was John the store manger was not there but the female was there the store manger give a price on the bike the day before what my friend was looking at so my friend told the female that the price Jhon gave her day before and my friend got it for that price she was very pleased. I came again because my wife wont a bike from the stores this was a Sunday it was two female working one name was Kathy this is the person I delta with. I dont know what it was but her attitude was so nasty to the point I didnt want a bike but at same time it was a gift so I got it. Her husband came outside harassing me saying that that was his wife I was talking to I ask the guy to leave me along he wouldnt so I called the police I will not returned to this establishment again.

I went in looking for a loan as I needed a tire for my car and had no other option. Not only was I welcomed in a very friendly manner, but I was also treated like I have been coming there for years. I felt like I was family. The girls who helped me not only brightened my somewhat stressful day by making me smile but also explained if I needed anything else to not hesitate to call or come back in. I have never gotten a loan before but I can honestly say my experience was very nice. Thank you Erica and Lili for making my day less stressful!!

Both of the women who work there are extremely disrespectful Ray-Ray and Erica are very rude they both need to be fired there they lack customer service also lack respect and eat right in front of your face spitting meat and chunks of food on the glass disgusting ghetto young old women.

Its a wonderful place i just cant stand the fact that guitar amp heads cost more than the damn cabinets i mean yes there expensive but they brought it up higher than the price is retail.
