Was told one price over the phone after having an extensive conversation with the guy his name was jerry about what I wanted to sell and once I got there was told a completely different price much lower when I told them I had called and spoke to jerry and told him exactly what it was it still didnt matter claimed it must have been a misunderstanding. How can there be a misunderstanding when me and Jerry talked about exactly what I was trying to pawn and what company it come from he even explained why the price he originally quoted was a little on the low side. Never coming back there its a complete rip off. Needless to say went to another pawn shop and the gave more than what jerry told me over ther phone.

The absolute fairest place and prices in south florida. These guys are here to take care of us! They have worked with me so many times and are always willing to hear out my end of the bargain its never one sided. They are good hagglers but the point is you can ALWAYS negotiate...unlike these other hole in the wall places. I was always a bit nervous to let places take my things on borrow worrying they may tamper with my items...At Crown pawn I never have the feeling of fear. Jerry and his team have always made me feel comfortable and safe leaving my valuables there on loan. Look no further...youve just found the best pawn shop in south florida!

Went in to pawn a vintage gold watch. Was told it was not gold because it looked too shiny. I took my watch back, told them i recently had it serviced and cleaned. Needless to say, I was able to pawn it elsewhere, with an actual testing kit, and it was 18k. The owner actually said something ridiculous, he said that he had an older watch than mine (80 years) and i know for a fact the watch company was not established at that time. LIARS, CHEATS, SWINDLERS. STAY AWAY.

I sold a wedding ring set with the greatest of ease at Crown Pawn. I visit a few other pawn shops in the area. However, no other shop offered the same friendly advice. The staff are customer orientated and extremely helpful. Its kind of one of those places that makes you feel like youre dealing with a warm family. I would recommend Crown Pawn to anyone looking for the most for their items as well as being treated like a person and not a profit. Thanks a mil!

I am very pleased with the professionalism and honesty and integrity of this establishment. I brought an item to sale earlier. They have me a price more than what the market value. I asked them could I check around. After checking two other stores they ended up being the better deal. After returning hours later they instantly remember what they had quoted. They stayed true to their word. Very friendly staff. Thanks. Will be back to shop!

This is the best pawn shop in the Broward Miami area as far as Im concerned. The guys here are generally friendly and they know their stuff. I usually talk to Sonny. Friendliest guy I ever met - last time I was in there, he was making goofy faces with a customers baby, while discussing prices wth the mother - these guys are absolute gentlemen, and scholars. AWESOME PEOPLE! They really know how to do business. I bought a blackberry torch like new for under half of the new price, also videos, video games, bikes, you name it, oh.... TVs............ UFFFFFFF. They have lots of good stuff. They dont mind spending time with you explaining you the merchandise. I strongly recommend them. Y hablan español panas!!!! Buenisimos

This post hurts because it used to be a cool place for years. Since they moved their service has been terrible. MISS THE OLD GUYS THIS NEW PRICK WITH THE glasses who says he is the manager well, I guess New Building New Uppidy Attitude .Wont get anymore of my business.. I went Value Pawn and Jewelry down the street.They were happy to help.

Ill admit I didnt want to go in...be it an ego thing, whatever you want to call it. Bills are coming due and we just didnt make the fundage we needed this month. We went in to sell a necklace, got a fair price and they didnt make us feel weird at all doing it. The interaction was great, smiles and laughs. Id definitely use them again!!!

Hey Dirt Bags, You dont think everybody that reads your reviews is going to know theyre fake? I DONT KNOW WHY ANYBODY WOULD TRUST A PAWN SHOP WITH SUCH SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. GREAT PLACE THEY PAYED ME TOP DOLLAR FOR MY GOLD. I WENT TO LIKE 7 DIFFERENT PLACES AND NO ONE PAID AS MUCH AS THEY DID AND THEY ALSO GAVE ME THE LOWEST INTEREST PAYMENTS. GOOD JOB GUYS KEEP ON DOING IT AND YOU WILL KEEP ON SEING ME THERE. RECOMENDING TO EVERYONE TRY IT.

Walked in to do some shopping and my wife liked a purse and the clerk yelled at us saying Im doing business with her. Omg felt so threaten going trying to give them our business. I guess they were being pawned. Hut To Be SCREAMED AT. Dont recommend anyone shop here.

Crown Pawn is the best pawn in Florida, they are very loyal to their customer and can be trusted. My mom has been coming here since I was younger and I plan to keep them in my family and will always refer friends and family here. I LOVE CROWN PAWN HOLLYWOOD
