I would not recommend using Value pawn. Ive brought several mid to high end watches to them for a loan and every time no one there has the experience nor is qualified and educated enough to do any business. The asking price was well within reasonable but the staff simply always lacks the knowledge and skills to properly evaluate higher end items. They simply say "I dont know enough about this to be comfortable to do anything for you." Dont go here if you have any real items of value as you will be simply be wasting your time.

Bad customer service they dont pay high for items you bring them and when youre trying to buy something they ignore you and pretend they are busy so they dont have to help you I would not recomand value pawn go down the street to crown pawn you will not be disappointed.

I was trying to asked a worker a question about one of the Xbox ones I kept getting a nasty response I told her never mind she told me good I walked out.i never asked my question to her how can you sell a Xbox one no cables no controller for $175

They steal from their customers the woman stole my HDMI CORD and my laptop charger my charger lights up. The one they replaced it with doesnt light up and it doesnt even work!
