I shop here for my two cats and fish. Its always really clean and the staff are super friendly. I had an incident where my mystery snails bred and the tank was over run by baby snails. They were able to give me good advice and even offered to take the extra snails. My only complaint is that they dont carry prescription pet food. Sometimes my cat needs the prescription Science Diet and they dont carry it, which means I have to shop else where. I really like this store and wish I could shop here all the time.

The staff especially Adam the dog trainer has been so incredibly helpful to me as I embark on being a huge doggie (Newfoundland) Mom after rescuing this horribly abused creature and learning what to do. It seems as if I live at that Petco shop. They are all so very knowledgable friendly and eager to help

I looked online and found a crate, sent my husband to the store to see if they had it in stock. They did, but will not match their online price. The man said they will match Petsmarts prices, but not their own online price. Are you kidding me? So we went to Petsmart instead.

Just moved here from Denver. Had to special order a dry food for my cat who has A food allergy. Bari was extremely helpful in setting this up for me. Felt like I made a friend that day. Was not my experience while shopping back in Denver. Nice welcome to WMBG.

Found a tape worm medicine online. I called the store to see if they had it in the store since they had it online. The guy clearly didnt know what I was talking about. I think since I called 5 mins prior to close he didnt care enough to actually go look.

Moderate selection here and the staff is friendly, but for some reason reluctant to match the price on their own website for the exact same item, made by their own brand in the store. Astonishing.

Make sure you ask questions BEFORE you buy....it seems you have to run the gauntlet to return certain items! The groomers have cut our dog on several times. Beware!!!

Took my dog to get a deshedding treatment and general grooming. He was so soft and smelled great! We have noticed he is not shedding as much. Very pleased!
