First, thank goodness we finally have a pet specific store in the area. Ive lived in hyattsville my entire life. Grew up with pets. Always had to travel quite a ways for organic pet products. Love this store. Employees constantly checked on me to make sure I didnt need assistance. Was able th answer all my questions clearly. The store was cleaned and offered a variety of great products.

Love the store...customer service..needs some help. Just didnt get a greeting and first time using bath, and had no assistance...just people staring. Of course until it was time to check out everyone knew how to speak and greet.

They have an area the bath your pooch. And the reward system carries over from Petco. I went during the grand opening go a free bag of dog food and pulled for a gift card with my purchase. I got my dog a pink Superman collar!!!
