Usually happy with customer service but after aching from work I didnt feel like lifting. But Im the customer, I shouldnt have to. Told the lady at hardware desk for a dolly, comes back with a lumber cart. Struggles to get the tool box on cart, ask me for help. Get it on cart, she doesnt offer help to carry out to vehicle. Lady at checkout could barely say 4 words, didnt show any concern with getting help for toolbox on wobbly, wrong cart....after asking for help. Loaded 120lb toolbox in vehicle myself. Praying this is only bad experience at menards

I bought 120 bags of mulch for my yard. It was delivered and we only used 60 bags. I returned 50 bags to the store and was told to drive around back where we were told by security to unload the mulch at a certain spot. My husband unloaded 20 bags in 95 degree weather and security comes and says wrong spot. We need to reload our car and unload at different area. I was livid. My husband should not have to reload bags of mulch in 95 degree weather because of your mistake. Shame on you Menards Garden Center!

Ive never had a bad experience here. The lines always move pretty quickly, so Im never just sitting around waiting impatiently. Also theres always plenty of staff available to answer any questions and if they dont know, they will grab someone who does. Prices are great here too and that 11% rebate is always an added bonus.

This store is really nice. They have a huge selection and everything stays clean and organized. The customer service everytime I come here is excellent. One of the best Menards that Ive been to.
