Thank you to Rocco, Chad and Courtney at the Garden Shop in the Alsip store. I drove pass a closer store because this garden center always has better product and now I know they also have OUTSTANDING customer service as well. I bought some BIG conifers. Rocco was so helpful and patient loading my carts. Courtney was great at making sure I got all the correct prices. And when I said, it will fit in my car, Rocco didnt believe me, but was like, hey lets try. And with Chads help it all fit. It was close! Poor Chad was just walking by and half kidding I said, wana help, and he was all in! Rocco took extra care to wrap and tape items. Everyone was so pleasant and professional; I couldnt be more pleased. Thank you.

We needed advice on fixing an electrical problem in our recently remodeled bathroom. We went as far as checking with an electrician and getting a very expensive estimate for what we knew was less than 30 minutes of work. We threw up a Hail Mary of sorts and dropped into this Home Depot on Cicero in Alsip to ask advice. We found Electric Mike. Mike listened patiently, asked a few questions and gave us a quick tutorial on home wiring. We bought a new switch and sure enough, it took us less than a half hour to get the lights in the bathroom to work again. Mike is a hero!! If you have any questions about home wiring go see this guy!!

Customer service is horrible. Put it in an order for tiles and it kept delayed never once heard and apology. When i called to check on the phone i was put on a hold for a lengthy time then the clerk just hung up me. when i called back no apology again. went to the store twice in one night to cancel the order and to inquire about the refund. again not once heard an apology. I wasted my time. I spent so much money in this store remodeling my house and i mentioned that. they just do not care. Never seen customer service this bad.

It is impossible to get questions answered over the phone. I called the department I thought I needed and was transferred to another only to get disconnected. Called the original department back and no answer. Finally a Custer service rep answered and tried to transfer me and I was on hold so long the music stopped and the a dial tone. If you want to conduct business or ask a question about your installation you need to personally go to the store

Perfect. Woman at check out had me apply fo HD card. Saved $30. Very personable. Old Rigid mitre saw table lock broke during flooring job (in background ) new saw on stand. Bringing broken saw back to HD tomorrow, well see how Rigid s lifetime warranty holds up.

I was looking for paver brick sealer and the sales associate had no idea what I needed. He just walked away. I kept looking and was told that I could only get it on line. Untrained help and no stock. I will go back to Menards.

Very Small Home Depot makes items easier to find. Very good staff there too. Brian can re-key your locks for a small charge. Nice since i had to change them and were all keyed alike.
