This like other locations in the city is a great place to shop for all your hose and building needs. I used their products after a hail storm and was impressed with their help and recommendations. Not only where they helpful but they were very concerned with me getting the right materials and that showed me that they care about their customers. Great place to shop when you want to see what other box stores have for inventory.

An employee scanned my moms receipt and stole 30 pieces of dry wall. 91st and western the manager didnt really care. I tried calling the store twice they hanged up on me. How can something like this happen? And they are not giving the full amount of the material. Can someone please give me a corporate number or someone?

Always difficult to find an associate who can help you with questions about items. Not to mention when you do ask them, they give you the universal deer in headlights look. The items I need or want are never in Stock, and atmosphere feels a bit oppressive.

As a new home owner who is only a few blocks away, I practically live in this store. Customer service is always great. Be aware! They are currently renovating to match corporate standards so the staff has to learn a new layout like you do.

Its a Menards...they are all pretty much the same. The only thing that really sets each store apart is the staff. So far Ive had positive experiences with staff being around and ready/willing to help if needed.
