I never leave reviews but feel I have to after today. I always go to this home depot and will never go back. We waited over 25 minutes for assistance with blinds after 7 or more employees passing us without asking if we needed help. I reached out to each employee for cutting assistance and all said they would call someone to help. We were also not the only ones waiting... an employee then expressed to us that the only person who knew how to cut blinds wasnt working at this time...on a sunday when most stores get many shoppers, how stupid. The manager also wasnt available he was "in back". HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! I believe the manager was named John. John clearly does not know how to staff his employees nor does he have any customer service skills since he allowed 4 customers to wait for about a half hour for nothing, since in reality he had nobody staffed to help any of us. All of us left extremely unhappy. I will not go back to this home depot, and will be giving Menards my business now..sorry John.

Over the past 2 years Ive noticed a substantial drop in the quality of employee assistance at all Home Depots. This store however takes the cake. You can tell who works in this store very easily, they are the people heading in the opposite direction of all customers. The store is a mess, the shelves are hardly stocked and again the service is deplorable. God help you if you decide to call. I just called to set up a time to have measurements taken for a carpet install. After 14 min of holding I was told Employee: "You have to come into the store to do that, theres a $35 fee" Me: "Ive set this up many times over the phone" Employee: "I dont have access to the scanner thing" Me: "If i come in to the store you will have access to the scanner thing?" Employee: "Yes" Me: "How" Employee: (silent) Me: "Perfect" I have been rehabbing a house in this town and cannot wait to be done with this house and never have to go back to this location again.

My daughter and i went into this store about three and a half weeks ago for an entry door . Number one why there was no one in that department and the flooring department had to help me with a door. Only to find out he set it up wrong which delayed the order. Not to mention they had to send someone out to measure the door. The guy calls and says you don't need to be home for him to measure the door. Now Menards said measure the door from within. Hum who's right. Anyway still no door now I'm asked to come back in and pick out the door over again when the door I had was already on sale when I first was there. Worst service I've ever received from a Home Depot store. I'm never going back to this store.

This is a great homedepot I had to post 2 reviews to add the other additional people who I came across who had great customer service Aurelio,Anthony and Nallely all helped out we brought a reindeer that was really big that Aurelio and Anthony helped us disemble to put in the cars they actually took out the time to help us and had great knowledge of how to break down the screws and everything how we can store it and that was just great we had no problems after we did exactly as they suggested the cashier Nallely was great she told us about other items that was marked down for the Christmas season and she rung us up with a smile everybody is so friendly here we love to shop here Ron and Shenika Croff

Me and my husband loves this store we were there lastnight Jan3rd shopping for marked down Christmas items and ended up looking for some other items and saw Jemsey she immediately asked if she can help us with anything so we asked about an item in another department she walked us to it and had great knowledge of the product she also sold us other items we didnt even come for in her department she took us to the clearance items in which we ended up buying a microwave she was very helpful and with a smile we love great customer service and will most definetly be back thank you Jemsey Ron and Shenika Croff

Horrible service, customer service and support don't listen to your problem . They just give horrible advice that doesn't even fit the realm of a solution. I had a issue with kitchen drain and had to fix a bad situation, the customer support ( old guy on the floor) just grunted at me and told that my solution was to rip down a wall and redo 80year old plumbing . I am glad I brought a friend we figured out a 20 dollar solution. My advice to you home depot fix your local hiring policy and fire and restaff your management . I am know a lowes customer .

This is the worst place came here only because my job ordered a ladder for me paid for it and all .they say someone already picked it up then they have me waiting to see if they can figure out who picked it up they sure dont know what they are doing what a bunch of idiots how can they give someone else my ladder without checking to make sure they give someone the correct product this is the first and last time I will come here

Very poor service. No help available, even though there were only 10 cars in the parking lot! They didnt answer their phone as well, so I had to drive there, in a snow storm, hoping they had a replacement furnace fuse. The store was a ghost town, and 6 employees doing NOTHING! I had to find it myself, and went through self checkout. I will NEVER go to that store again, and will twitter my experience as well. Shame on you!

Garden Center. Ms Betty was knowledgeable and took the time to walk with me on selecting items that will give me the effect that I want & understanding the differences, their uses and the proper way to deadhead the flowers I was selecting. I asked 2 people before her some basic "where to find this" and struck out with both. Thankfully the second person sent me to her.

My husband needed a new spool for our weed wacker. We are not knowledgeable so we were looking for assistance. Melvin saw us and asked how can I assist you. Melvin went out of his way! He walked us to the register, we paid, and he assisted my husband. This was amazing customer service. Left us speechless. Thank you Melvin for going out of your way!

Do NOT order new door installation through here. Going on six weeks and the doors are still not installed. "Expediter" (bad title for lack of effectiveness) and millwork desk would not return calls. I had to call the contracted installer myself. Youre better off buying doors somewhere else and then getting your own contractor - faster and cheaper.

Kori at flooring did an amazing job!!!! I was buying clearance carpet that was discontinued and had to call other stores to complete my order. The process was difficult and she had to coordinate location, price and availability of stores. She prepared all the orders, confirmed the availabilities and processed the orders! Thank you Kori!
