Whatever money is saved versus buying from Home Depot or Menards is not worth the aggravation. Remodeled kitchen. Bought Americana Capital Cabinets manufactured by Wellborn Forest. Middle of the road cabinets. We couldnt afford high end cabinets, yet we did not want the cheap ones. Originally wanted just a Honey Finish. Somehow salesman talked us into getting a Honey Finish with Chocolate Glaze for doors and drawer fronts. Had the chocolate glaze finish been consistent and looked good we would have stayed with it. Cabinets came looking like a 3 yo slapped the chocolate glaze on. Crappy looking with a crappy finish. No consistency in how it was applied. In some places very heavily applied, in others barely visible. Voiced our displeasure by calling and sending emails to company and cabinet maker. Salesman and cabinet rep came out and took a look at the doors. Unfortunately I had to rely on my 25 yo son to show what we received because I could not get away from work. Because I was not there, I dont think they took my concerns and complaints all that seriously. I tried to get the manufacturer to replace the doors and drawer fronts. After 2 weeks of repeated calls and emails, I finally got a reply on what the manufacturer would do. It would cost us $800 to replace the crappy glaze-finished doors/drawers for the same with just a honey finish. Supposedly the manufacturer was giving us a deal. By this time I was so ticked off I paid the $800 extra for what I should have gotten originally . . . quality cabinets. Two (2) weeks later, new doors and drawers. To add insult to injury, the manufacturer forget to send one door and one drawer front which meant another 2 week wait. One more insult . . . the door is not the exact size as what was specified. Its about 3/4" narrower than it should be. Im going to leave it as is. I GIVE UP!!! Im tired of dealing with Builders Surplus and Im certainly tired of Wellborn Forest. In hindsight, instead of paying an additional $800, I probably should have taken Builders Surplus and Wellborn Forest to small claims court to at least get what we ordered . . . quality cabinets with a professional finish. Instead we got cabinets with decent build quality but with a TERRIBLE finish. Disappointed that Builders Surplus didnt seem to work very hard to fix the situation. Cost us an extra $800 out of our kitchen budget. Here are the takeaways from our experience: Stay away from Wellborn Forest cabinets, especially anything with a chocolate glaze finish. Dont believe any salesman when they tell you it will look good. Im really disappointed with Builders Surplus. I feel they did not fight hard enough for me as their customer.

Everything but the windows, appliances & pendant light came from Builder Supply Outlet. If it matters to you, I believe that most if not all of our kitchen from floors to faucet were USA made. Our designer, Layne came up with a floor plan, the team from Complete Installation Solutions (CSI) took the space from the mid fifties to the AMAZING finished product in about 10 working days . We got their name from Layne. We will go to Builder Supply Outlet & CSI again for the next two rooms. We would tell anyone with a remodeling project on their minds to give both a try. Builder Supply Outlet is an hour away from us but was well worth the ride not to mention that the price received from both was below the prices we received from one Big Box and three other smaller kitchen remodeling companies. The whole remodel was done as quoted with no surprises & both teams are great at what they do. We are very happy with the finished product. Can you tell.

Worst experience from a customer service standpoint that Ive ever had. I walked in 15 minutes before closing and the lady the handles kitchen decor refused to assist me. She told me point blank to come back another day. After asking if she was serious, she told me that she needs the dimensions of the cabinets in order to give me a quote. I stated to her that if she would have asked me if I had measurements, I would have given them to her. Even after that exchange, she still refused to assist me. After speaking to the manager, he agreed that she shouldve been able to assist me regardless of the time. I ended up leaving without any assistance. Im glad I didnt spend a dime of my $17,000 budget at that establishment. It may be a pretty good place to save money BUT Id spend more to receive the ultimate customer experience.

My husband and I recently purchased cabinets here. We were referred here by a real estate person in our subdivision who praised the "Builder Supply Outlet." We visited their showroom and came back to place an order for our kitchen cabinets a week later without hesitation. We had complete confidence in Mariola, the store designer, who helped us put a plan together. She worked with us on budget in addition to making recommendations that led us to beautiful kitchen cabinets and countertops. Mariolas expertise was invaluable as we were not quite sure what direction we were taking with our kitchen. We highly recommend her.

This place rocks. They always have a huge variety to choose from. It made it so easy to pick all the pieces because it was all in one place. We started with our bathroom last year. We remodeled the whole thing, from the floor up to the window. So then it became the trickle down affect. One room attaches to the other and now we finally finished the kitchen. I was very impressed with the quality and the price of the materials. The installers were great, very professional and clean!! I have had so many compliments from friends and family that I thought I would pass on the compliment to you.

Great place to try before Depot or Menards, However we bought a front entry door last year with a single glass panel in the top, I broke the top glass last week and Im having trouble finding glass to replace, Builders Supply tried as well, John the manager was very helpful but bottom line is I might have to spend a ton of money to replace break away glass or buy a new door, Cant go to local hardware store because It needs to be cut to length, If you buy something that might need to be replaced at Builders Supply make sure you have an option before you pay.

Mariola Sopala designed our kitchen. We had a peninsula style before, and now we have a galley. We knocked down a wall and opened up the whole first floor. Our cabinets are perfect--Shaker style. The Cambria Quartz counter top is superior. The color, the quality and the finished look. If I need to design anything else, I will call her and start there. Very happy with the work which was done on time. Very happy with the quality and the professionalism at Builders Supply.

Very happy with the service and our order was a very large order. Ed from the design center was very helpful. Overall very satisfied with the quality of cabinets and service. All after install issues were promptly resolved in a very timely manner. We went with Shilloh cabinets in kitchen, buffet and the bathrooms. Excellent quality of cabinets, no issues in delivery or installs. Very happy with the professionalism and the work and will highly recommend. Thanks
