I purchased 60 sheets of drywall and paid to have it delivered into my home. My contractor took measurements and said the sheets would swing around. When they arrived the driver and delivery company "White gloves transportation" contracted threw Menards...he looked where it was going... he started to bring in the dry wall, and leaned it up against my express brown wall...then he was trying to swing it, and was confused...my nephew showed him how to swing it, and it worked, you cant be at each end...!! Nick continued to bring in drywall, leaning it up against my walls............. rushing like he was in a major hurry... well I have 60 sheets of damaged drywalls, which all need to be cut down!!! The framing is set for full sheets of drywall and 10 of them are completely broken in half hanging on buy the paper... They trashed my home, put holes in my walls, scrapped all my walls...and he pointed out a small 1 inch hole in ceiling? I have almost $4,000.00 in damages...need to paint my hallway, repair all the walls gong down, my bill for hanging and muddying went up, and he doesnt understand? However my contractor explained the domino affect...more cuts, more labor, more muddying, and now I have to pay for texture...or labor goes up!!! And he then decides to give it to his insurance...with all pics and estimates, still not resolved!!! Franklin has the worse delivery service I have ever come ac cross....make sure White Glove Transp isnt delivering your stuff.

The first time I shopped at this Menards, the employees were super helpful. My second experience was very upsetting and I never want to shop here again. I will drive out of my way and shop at Lowes. There was an employee at the customer service counter that was very rude. I wanted to return a $10 item (with receipt) and also pay for $25 of purchases. She treated me like a criminal and would not finish the transaction, saying that no ones knows if I actually came into the store with the $10 item. She accused me of stealing ( in front of people and my 4 years old daughter) . I could not wait around since I had to leave in time to pick up my other daughter from a bus stop. So Menards, if you care about how customers are treated . . . . 1. Have signs posted in the entrance and exit so people know what they need to do when they come in with items to be returned. 2. Train employees how to treat customers and not accuse them of stealing.

Unlike the Oak Creek location, the Franklin location is amazing! Even though it is further from my house, I would rather drive there and know I will be well taken care of. Their employees are so helpful and they will stop whatever they are doing to help you out. I have had particularly great experiences with the outside yard employees. On one particular visit, their yard employee Nick was in the middle of what looked to be a big task when he saw me and stopped to ask if I needed help. He spent almost 30 minutes with me answering all of my questions and offering his advice. The Franklin Menards is definitely my preferred home improvement destination.

Their customer service is terrible. The employees do not go out of their way to help you. I had to ask two different people where to go to pick up an online order and both just pointed to the back of the store which didnt help. I finally found it on my own. He then gave me my order and a paper but didnt tell me to stop the customer service to sign for it. So the person at the customer service desk acted like I was steal it and stopped me. I am done shopping there.

The shopping experience was fine. Staff very helpful. However when I returned home I discovered that the string trimmer I purchased was used! There was grass all over the cutting guard as well as dirt on the bottom of the unit. NOT HAPPY. I will be returning item for refund.

Excellent experience at the Speedway Menards. A young man named Jake Hardy went out of his way to help me. He spent over an hour helping me load a trailer. He was on his back under the trailer shrink wrapping the drywall. Exception young man. I would hire him in a heart beat

LOVE MENARDS!! NOBODY BEATS THEIR PRICES ALWAYS GOOD STAFF AND YOU CAN FIND ANYTHING YOU NEED. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING, CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS, GROCERIES, LIVE PLANTS AND TREES, YOU NAME IT THEY GOT IT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Dont ever buy a product that is gas powered from Menards. They will not exchange or let you return it if you have put gas in the item. How would you know if it runs or works without putting gas in it?
