The store is fine, but I cannot believe the customer service my husband and I received. I visited this location on two separate occasions today and BOTH times, once at the regular registers and once at the customer service desk, we were COMPLETELY ignored by the employees. The first visit, I went to register 7 because the light was on, there were three employees standing at the register and not a single one of them turned to acknowledge me. A simple "We will be with you in a minute" would have sufficed. During the second visit, we needed to return something and yet again, there were multiple people behind the service counter twiddling their thumbs and ignoring us while one woman helped customers. Now that I think of it, it seemed there were many employees throughout the entire store chatting with each other and ignoring customers. I dont think I will be coming back to the Oak Creek Menards...I would rather go somewhere they actually value their customers.

Stopped at the Oak Creek store today to buy some green treated lumber: 30 12 2x10s, 45 12 2x8s, 75 12 2x6s, 35 104x4s and 15 10 4x6s. A couple trailer loads, that one of the yard men helped to load-both times. Had some questions, so he called the "yard manager" for some answers. The yard manager spent some time looking around the floor and the roof for the answers, tried helping with the loading-dropped a couple 2x10s on my shoulder-then disappeared, probably still looking for answers. The yardman put in a great effort and I walked in to say something nice to one of the store managers. I also stated the the yard manager needed to retake lumberyard school. That comment was reinforced when I saw him later in the day, walking around and looking angry at the world.

I shop a lot at Menards but still end up going back and forth all the time because theyve either moved something, or its in an ad and not where you expect. I went for a list of maybe eight things yesterday and ended up being in the store almost two hours. To me thats unacceptable. I do have to say when I did stop and talk to Associates they were extremely knowledgeable about where I could find the item, and in one case very helpful in getting product off a shelf up top because the regular shelf was empty of the sale item.

Although about 40 minutes drive from my home lacation, I wanted them trees for my deer. I picked up some beautiful Burr Oak trees here. Overall I will rate these experiences the highest possible because I love tree sales almost as much as I love Deer. I will rate and review this location the highest possible I have been blessed with unparalleled vision for deer and evil! ALL GLORY GOES TO GOD ... Without the Lord Jesus Christ I am nothing! I moved to the area about 3 yrs. ago and have been shopping at this store since then. Its clean, and Ive never had a bad shopping experience there. Today, I especially want to thank Todd in the cabinet & appliance dept. who located the vacuum cleaner replacement belt I needed and held it at the desk for me to come pick up (they had only one left in stock). He did that without being asked. Thats good customer service.

This is the worst company in Milwaukee. Their lumber is crap. Countertops are warped aND the 10 ft and 6ft backslash dont match. They would only refund my money if I returned the product. Of course they wont pay to have my carpenter take out faucet, sink and countertop then reinstall a new one. John Menard is a billionaire crook. Will never shop there again. Home depot and Lowes carry much better products.

I like the store BUT theres not enough carts for disabled people only one and one wheelechair in the hole store with the money they bring in you would think there be more only shop there if no one else has the item im looking for to bad they have some good deals oh well

They always seem to be out of the stuff im looking for and never offer to even see if they have it in store or in the back. I normally great the cashiers and tell them to have a nice day and they say nothing back, very rude.
