Where do I begin there is no organization at this location Two managers and a red shirt The red shirt was this young little girl which I feel bad For they had her running around like a chicken with her head cut off she was going outside to do OBll Scans that she was constantly asked to do The phone would be ringing and she would come in and the 2 would not answer the phone and of course she would pick it up then also help out the customer she just help outside then also would go and ring customers up the one manager lady was constantly just asking her to do stuff and this other manager kid with glasses all he was doing was sitting back he would not even attempt to answer the phone spent like 20 minutes with the same customer I get it everyone has a job to do but it is not right that you sit there and take full advantage of 1 employee and because you guys are in management position you feel like you are entitled to not do anything someone really needs bring this to the district managers attention Is very wrong

Waited in line forever to return alternator core which I was told by another location I would receive a credit for at any autozone. I was told I needed the receipt, even though the old alternator was not bought by them. Got the receipt which I still had in my car. Waited in line forever again. I was told that they cant do it there at that location for some BS reason and would have to go somewhere else. Thanks for wasting my time.

Even in this day and age, some car joints like this can still talk down to women. My wife recently encountered a problem with our car and ended up here. She says they treated her respectfully and got her what she needed. Thanks.

Went in for a battery check and ended up needing a new one. I was in and out in 30 min tops. Jonathan was friendly, helpful, and quick. Great service!

Decent service Management is ok Discounts are ok but you have to ask for them
