I have been going to auto zone since I was 16 . They are usually helpful, friendly and very accurate. This place was not! I needed to see if my battery was bad, and the first gentleman said it was too dead to test. Ok. He says it will take an hour -hour and a half for him to charge it. An hour and 15 minutes later I ask about my battery, this guy says that it was on slow charge and would be at least another hour, as it wasnt halfway charged yet. What BS! His suggested solution, buy another battery. He then kept the old one and when I asked him to give it to me he asked why. Well, because we dont know that its bad! Wasted $200. The battery wasnt bad but they wont take it back after I put it in

I came in and asked the guy behind the counter for an 8 oz bottle of 2-stroke oil, he hands me a 3.2 ounce bottle and says here you go. Is it no sir I need an 8 oz bottle I have to mix gas for the hand saw that I have. The dip then hands me a one quart bottle and says thats all we have. Then asked him if they had some type of measuring cup for measuring tool I could use because it has to be 8 oz for 2 gallons of gas. He looks at me smirks and says no we dont have anything like that here go to the grocery store. I said thank you and started to walk out the door and noticed on the wall and 8 oz bottle of 2 stroke oil....... absolutely worst customer service ever. Very lazy employee.

hate the autozone in laveen. I have a bad battery and after I get a jump and drive to autozone 20 mins away my alternator has charged battery and shows ok on tester. I drive to a secluded job site and work for 4 hrs jump in my truck to drive my tired ass home am disappointed to hear the familiar clicking and no radio with dim headlights. so I then disconnect battery and drive to autozone again the same day only to have the same dips hit manager to tell me the battery is fine and only needs charging. this is a 2 yr do battery mind you. I wish they would stop wasting my damn time and give me the damn battery already.

Midas - Firestone & Oreillys said I had a bad battery but both times i went to Auto Zone in Laveen, I was told my battery was fine. Drove to another Auto Zone down the road and they told me I had a Bad Battery and swapped it out under warranty for free.. Either Laveens Battery checking machine is broke or the people using it are broke ? Either way...Someone very lucky my battery didnT Die and leave me stranded in this 115 degree Phx heat.

Great experience. Went in to get a battery for my car and since we didnt have the tools, they let us borrow a set to get the job done. Brought it back, gave them my old battery, and they helped pick out window wipers which they put on for me. Wonderful place to go. Thank you!

They answers and put me 7 times on hold all in one phone call. Dont call them just save your time and go to the store. Waisted 10 minuts and didnt even tell them what I need

The lady manager that helped me was nice enough however there was a wait because they have a lot of call ins. If they had more help it would be smooth.

Poor customer service. Waited at counter for seven minutes while shelves were being stocked. Had to approached associate to request to be checked out.
