I purchased a light through Napa that has a lifetime warranty through truck lite. I went to Napa to warranty it because it quit working. The guy inside said he couldnt help me w out the receipt. I said ok and I contacted truck lite about the issue and they said Napa should be able help you w it since its a warranty issue. I had an email w directions of what the Napa counter guy needed to do. I went back and talked to him again and he asked for me to send the email and that Id be hearing from him soon. Well its been over a month and no word. So I contacted truck lite and with out proof of purchase they sent me a new light. Its hard to find people to work with you. I would recommend truck lite but not this Napa nor the one on bell road. Not sure if theyre owned by the same people.

Use this napa store location daily. Jeremy is a very knowledgeable employee and very rarely gets any parts wrong for me when ordering. If i only bought a part or 2 therea month, the odds wouldnt be that great. When purchasing 100 parts plus a month there with only a couple discrepancies. Totally acceptable. The mix ups are usually always do to issues on my end being as that we build custom vehicles that sometimes require parts from another model or manufacturer all together. Will keep on using with no complaints.

Gary the parts guy cant find anything with a map, gps, and a sale sheet. It is however a NAPA and if you have part numbers you can get what you need.
