I have tried twice to get a part that was not in stock there one from their local hub and the other from Denver. Both times they didnt get the part when they said they would. First time I prepaid for the part took two weeks to get a refund after I got the part somewhere else. Finally had to go in and ask what was going on. Second time luckily I didnt prepay but was treated like I was an idiot for expecting the part to arrive when the guy on the phone said it would. If they have it in stock Im sure they can help you other wise find somewhere else.

Being a female with very little experience with car parts and needing some, and not wanting to be treated like an idiot, this place was awesome. One of the employees, Jim (an older fella), was very helpful and funny. He obviously knew I didnt know anything and helped me out :). This is my first experience with an auto parts store and it was great. I dont know if it is always that great, but I will continue to go back.
