I had my computer tower fixed by this company. I never saw Wilton Ross in person since I left the computer in another business office where I also picked it up. My motherboard was replaced and I was told he would save my data. When I checked back with him the first time, as always I left a message and he left a message for me in response that he was working on saving my data. Then I didnt hear from him for over two weeks. I called back, as always leaving a message. He called back and I actually spoke with him, He apologized saying he confused my messages with someone else which was his reason for not calling me. He said I could pick up my computer at that same office which I did. Again he was not there for me to ask any questions and I paid the person in the office when I picked it up. I paid $150.00 for a new motherboard, but none of my data was saved. This is a bit high for such a limited service. I tried to call him several times, but as usual had to leave a message. He never even tried to call me back. I would not recommend this company for your computer repair since this Mr. Ross is obviously overcharging and not explaining what he is doing and not doing. I will not do business with someone I never meet in person again for that seems to give him leverage to ignore my concerns. I left my last message asking him to call me back or I was going to write a poor performance review which I ended up doing.

I would highly recommend Riverbend Computer Solutions as a website designer! Even living on the East Coast, the owner, Will Ross, made the whole process of creating a website very easy - communicating through emails and telephone conversations . Listening, in any kind of custom business, is so important. And, I feel that my ideas of having a more visual website, were listened to, and conveyed perfectly, in my new website. Thank you RBCS for your expertise!

Very professional and very helpful!! Will definitely use again. Saved me time and money and they took the time to explain EVERYTHING. We had them out twice and they were so nice! The first time we called them out they were on site for about an hour and of course our problem never occurred. Instead of charging us for that time Mr. Ross just told us to call him back when the problem did occur and he took care of it the very next day. Would highly recommend!

They work quick, and they fixed my problem for far less than I had originally estimated. Conveniently placed, though the google maps information is out of date. I highly recommend them for computer repairs.
