This place is great! Its a small local shop, and that is what I like. The owner and associates are great folks. I went in there to sell my laptop, and ended up having him build me a custom gaming tower. He gives warranties on all his products, and removes viruses and such for free when you buy it from him. His prices are just about the same if you were going to a big box store, but you get the individual treatment of a small store. You feel important. It took about a week for my computer build and in that time I saw his shop get real busy, which is good, especially for a blooming business. If you have patience you will be utterly pleased. On the last day of my build there were some unexpected trouble shooting issues, so the owner stayed open until ten at night (3 hours after closing) to make sure my tower was PERFECT. Now I was so excited about the computer, that I stopped by the store a few too many times, almost to the point of harassment lol, but every time I went in to the shop, I was always greeted with a smile, and was led back to the back of the store to see the tower in progress, which was really cool; being able to see the computer as it progressed to completion. If something goes wrong with the computer I can give Renner Technology a call and they can try to fix the computer from the house if I dont want to drive and drop it off. These guys offer everything the big box stores offer and then some. No more waiting for a computer to be mailed to my house, signing for it from UPS, no more having to wait on hold for some guy I can understand to help me, no more of the BS that comes with buying a computer from Dell or Best Buy. I can not say enough good things about this place. I wont be shopping anywhere else. Also if they dont have something in stock, they will order it for you. There was another customer who want to build his own computer but was unsure of himself, so I over heard him tell the guy if he would help him put it together if he bought the parts. That is customer service! Shop local and support small business.

I was told about Renner Technology from a friend after my laptop had coffee doused on it and stopped working. Wanting to get the best deal I shopped around for the right price and found that Renner Tech was half the price of other computer repair stores, and I was sold when I learned they would waive the fee if I went on to let them repair my computer. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable with the staff, mainly the owner, Tyler, who was the one who had helped me on the spot. He explained what would need to be done, and was clear that there was a chance it wouldn’t be worth it to fix the laptop that was cost effective. There were no false promises and I was glad that he was honest about that and did not try and sell me on pouring money into a lost cause. Within a few days I got a call telling me that they had cleaned the coffee out of my laptop and I just needed a new keyboard. I was expecting it to take at least a week to get my computer back based on their prediction on when they could receive the parts, however it was only a few days later that I got the call it was fixed and ready to pick up. The whole process of dropping the laptop off to picking it was about a week and I was impressed. I had my laptop back and fixed for only $85, compared to the price of a new laptop so I was overjoyed. I highly recommend Tyler and his crew for your computer needs. They are friendly, helpful, and willing to explain anything you don’t understand. I have every intention of returning for any computer needs I might come across, and I recommend you check them out for yours as well.

In this age where the days of our lives are measured in nano seconds than actual ones, its a breath of fresh air to walk into what is seemingly a shoved off to the side cramped space of tech of every sort and find kind, wonderful human beings willing to just HELP YOU OUT. we all have problems with our collective schtuff, and that stuff needs to be fixed . you can waste your time with some nerd who was the hot shot in his HS av club but now hasnt risen above the ranks of geek squad b!t&h, or you can go have a chat with Tyler at Renner, and save yourself one ginormous headache. These guys are a class act who will take care of you the best that they can, just as long as you dont get all snippy about this and that. Know that big jobs can be stressful and may take longer than others, but the work is quality, the service is unbelievably human, and its just nice to see that little pieces of this world still function smoothly.

Before I learned about Renner Technology, I spent almost 4 years with a flickering computer screen that kept getting worse over time - Id been quoted anywhere between $100-$500 by other stores (Staples, Best Buy, other local small businesses) to fix the problem, but I really didnt want to have to drop that much money to fix a problem that wasnt otherwise effecting my computers performance. When I brought my computer in to Renner Tech, I not only got the friendliest service and lowest quote of any store Id already been to, Renner Tech fixed the screen faster than I expected, advised me on how to prevent the problem from happening again, and I feel like I paid next to NOTHING compared to the other guys! I highly recommend going to Tyler Renner and his crew at Renner Technology for any and every computer issue/need you might have - they have the best service, the best prices, and the best overall experience!

Great Service! Great Guy! Great Great Store!!! So I downloaded something that I shouldn’t have. Nice little friendly virus. (Winning!) I called several stores around the area and really felt like this was the place to go. When I went to see them, they sat down with me and I showed them the system. Right away they know the virus I was dealing with. I was “Extremely” concerned with how long it was going to take to get my system back. I’m in college and in online classes with papers due. I never expected this but when I told them about my papers, Price yelled to a guy in the back and had him bring up a laptop. Long story short they pulled my school work off my infected computer and gave me a loaner laptop. (FOR REAL WINNING :D) Great Price! $75.00, System was finished in 2x Days, Loaner Laptop! Posting this from my cleaned fresh laptop! -They have a customer 4 Life!

I had brought my computer in a while back when it was in need of desperate repair for an event. Renner Technology had my computer done, in time, for an event that I had to do. The time it took to get it done was fantastic and I was quite impressed on how quick the service was. I feel that my computer is running better than it was when I bought it brand new. I would highly recommend Renner Technology to anyone, friends, family, etc... Tyler Renner, Owner / Operator, is a very smart and intelligent young man who strides for success. Mr. Renner knows the definition of professionalism when you meet him for the first time. Mr. Renner and his employees treats a customers property as if it were theirs when it comes to getting fixed. With that being said, I know my property is in good hands. Thank you Tyler Renner and everyone who works at Renner Technology!!!!
