Poor service. Had iPhone 6 with cracked screen that was still completely functional. Brought it in for screen fix and guy told me it would be 45 minutes. Came back after an hour and he said that his screen replacement must be bad. Had to come back next day. When I show up he gives me phone with a white screen instead of black like original. I say what gives. He says that original button didnt work and he only had a white button - thus the white screen. So I start to test the phone and notice that the touch id is not working (which he did not mention to me). I said the button (specifically touch id) was working fine when I gave it to him. He says he will replace button back to original to show me it doesnt work. He does it and of course the original button doesnt work. So Im in a catch 22 since I wasnt watching what he did behind the desk when he was working on it (I believe he broke the very delicate cable or chip for the sensor/button). The phone with the new screen and button work, but with no touch id. If you use an iPhone 6 you know how important touch id is. They knocked $30 off the price and gave me a tempered glass screen protector. To be honest, it wouldnt have mattered if they had done it for free. Next time I know to take the phone to the Apple store, as CPR is incompetent and I believe they broke a cable or chip when replacing the screen.

"horrible experience, nothing they say is true. finish time was told an hour maybe two. well that turned into overnight , then 2 nights, and got it back not fixed." This was drawn to my attention that all of this isnt complete. For one, this is a situation that a customer had brought into the store and was not mentioned, next the customers name is withheld. I was there and to make it worse i was working there at the time. I was called out on this by the owner upon reading this review. Since he deems to hold my owed hours to me in paycheck that I will not recieve unless i remove this. I will not. This owner also included that I would be getting mileage for trarveling all over that needed help. No organization here and worst of all very poor management. Unless u see it in writing you must be very careful when dealing with these guys. In addition, not sure how he is justifying this but upon hiring I gave my 2 forms of ID photcopied and W4 filled out. he said from that first week he wanted me to change my tax forms to a I9 as a independent contractor. What? None of this ever even dicussed. Thanks to the owner Rick Bouse for calling out my review as not being complete and again for telling me through ur lead tech at fairview heights stating I can not have my check unless i change or lie about my tax status.

Guys are great to deal with. I feel sorry for the review, but truth is, they dont know what they are doing. I cracked my screen and took it to them. They quoted $100 and told me they had to order the screen. One week later, I went to pick it up. They said they were having issues with the battery, so they were going to order another one on the house. They asked if I would like to take my phone home while I waited. I said sure. They broke the glass while trying to put the phone back together. Wait another week. Go to pick it up and they tell me the phone is dead. I charge it at home and get it to buzz when I turn it on. Still useless. One morning I turn it on and I get the fast boot screen. I took the phone apart, pushed the battery fully in and it worked. Got a free screen and battery, thanks guys, however, they caused me to be without a phone for over two weeks, and made me buy a new phone. My simple advice is to google phone repair and do it yourself. you will pay more attention to detail than these guys did.

I left the Sprint Store after having to purchase a new phone because my charging apparatus would not charge anymore. Put a filled battery in phone, nothing wrong, but it just wouldnt charge. I went here to get a new charging apparatus installed. I even provided the part. They called me & told me a story about an error they had & it would cost me another $10.00 for them to get another charging port. I had already paid them upfront. $60.00 I believe. I told them OK. About a week later I got a call from them telling me they had blown the board up on my phone & I did not have to pay the ten extra dollars. I paid them $60.00 + & they blew up a perfectly good phone. I have wanted to write something online to let other people know ever since they killed my phone. I would never go there. I am sure they have done this to other customers also. I should have taken my phone to the Computer Room in OFallon. Lets see if this makes it on their own customer reviews. If not, I have the time now to get on the rip off sites.

Stay away from this place. I toom my cell phone in to repair a cracked screen, a repair the was supposed to take an hour or so took 7 days. While attempting to replace my screen they broke the LCD causing the delay. The sad part is even though they caused the delay and broke my phone they offered no discount of any kind. The work performed was also questionable my back cover now bulges from the back of my phone and the home screen button on the front of the screen is no longer raised making it difficult to push. The old saying you get what you pay for is true their prices are cheaper but the work performed is awful. Be smart pay a little extra and go somewhere else.

Overall a very satisfactory experience. I was concerned about a few of the negative reviews but it proved to not be the case. My phone wasnt charging at all and I figured it was the charge port. Brought it in to them and they promptly ordered the part needed. Brought the phone back a few days later, and they repaired it within hours. I picked my phone up the next afternoon and everything works better than when I first got it. Price was okay at just over 60 bucks but they also replaced my audio port which was acting up a little and I wasnt expecting that, so the 60 somethin bucks was well spent in my opinion. Would recommend.

Called about a speaker replacement in my note 2. Got told the price of the speaker and labor seperate. So I decider to just buy the speaker and do the work myself. Come to find out, they wont sell the part, only fix my phone. Why the hell would u tell me seperate prices if u cant sell me just the part? Next time just tell the person the total price instead. I can buy the speaker for 15 bucks less on amazon but I like to try and keep my money local and help the small businesses. Looks like they wont receive my business ever.
