I took my computer into Computer Universe, it was getting older and I wanted my photos taken off of the hard drive and put on CDs. They said it would not be a problem. They had me sign a paper and gave me one in return that explained that I would need a photo id to pick up my machine and I had 90 days to pick it up after they called me or it would be recycled. After 30 days they did not call me and I called to check on my order. They told me that I had picked up my machine. I said no I did not and how could I if I needed an ID. They told me that the machine was gone and so I asked if they had any CDs under my name and they said no. I was so upset! It had not been 90 days so they should have my machine. 9000 photos were gone, my computer gone! and all I got was...uuuh Sorry. THAT is IT!! DO NOT USE this company! They do not follow their own policies.

I have had three computers built with them over the last few years and have had several built for friends and family. I have always been completely satisfied with price versus features and the service has been great. Recently for my business I needed an advanced machine for processing hugh imagery files. I talked it over with Eddy Scott (owner) and he built me the perfect machine for much less than expected with much better quality hardware than you could ever expect from a "consumer computer" such as a dell or gateway type machines. He builds great upgradeable machines and has great service.

What a crock. These guys are over priced, rude and charge $14.95 for a floppy drive in their "custom built" computers. Who even uses those anymore? Unsatisfied. They have a 14 day warranty on something you are buying "brand new" Buyer Beware.
