I had a failure in my PC I could not address. I contacted USA Computer Store and was asked questions to see if I could correct the issue at home without having to bring it in. After determining it was going to require a repair they asked if I could bring it in for a COMPLIMENTARY inspection, which I did. In a very short time the same day I was called and advised the main culprit was my video card, and my power supply was also questionable, but still worked, my option. Since I rely heavily on my PC I asked for an upgraded video card, and a new upgraded power supply to prevent another failure. They thoroughly explained the costs, and even compared other parts that were not as expensive that would also work. Again, my option. When I picked up my PC it was demonstrated for me before leaving the store. However, when I went home and plugged everything in, my monitor would not work. I returned to the store, computer in hand, and asked for another demonstration. When it was connected it worked perfectly. I explained when I plugged in the monitor to my "old" port at home, it did not work. Thats when the problem was solved; it was explained to me the "old" port was bypassed when the card was replaced and was not functional any longer. I was shown the proper plug, which I did not have an adapter to properly connect my monitor. I was given an adapter, at no charge, and returned home and completed the connection. That took care of everything. ALL the staff are very knowledgeable, very professional and friendly and offer some of the best customer service I have ever enjoyed. They give you every opportunity to save money with NO pressure to buy something you may not need. USA Computer Store defines the meaning of "Customer Service"; they are very CUSTOMER oriented, and the SERVICE is fast and done properly the first time.Good job. All-in-all, the experience was excellent and satisfactory in every way. I HIGHLY recommend USA Computer Store with complete confidence.

In today’s trend of Mega Stores and impersonal service Tony and Arthur, (the USA Computer Store, Owners) are a throwback to a time when service was very personal and honesty was the way business was done. I have had several occasions to use their services and they have exceeded my expectations every time. But this last time is evidence of the honor in the way they do business. I brought something in that I thought needed repaired, they quickly look at it and showed me that the problem was actually user error, fixed it and sent me on my way. It was fully operational and they charged me "nothing". They could have made up some BS reason it wasnt working and charge me full freight. I would have been none the wiser. But that not how these guys roll. Its refreshing. If you take your computer anywhere else, you’re settling for less then you deserve. They are the best!

After taking notice of some nice reviews about this company I decided to bring in my laptop which was malfunctioning and check out these guys. I was greeted warmly by a young man named Oscar who offered to help diagnose my laptop issues. Within a few minutes he seemed to have a good idea about the problem but needed some time to explore it fully. He asked if I wouldnt mind leaving it there and that he would contact me later to let me know his results. I received a phone call within a few hours with an explanation of the problem and options on what it would take to fix. His repair suggestion was spot on and the value that I received with an updated and faster machine is immeasurable. He even threw in a new free antivirus program. I recommend him and his company highly because they displayed character, honesty, humility and good down to earth service.

If you need computer service or want to buy a computer, forget the chains and go to USA Computer Store. I was blown away by their expertise and good, quick service. One morning I turned on my three-year-old laptop and got nothing but the beeps of death. After trying unsuccessfully for three days to get it diagnosed at Office Depot, I found these guys online. I took the computer in at around 4:00 pm. They seemed to know what they were doing, assured me they could diagnose it and told me theyd call by 11:00 the next day. At 10:30, they called to say that the computer was fixed. Total cost: $95.00. I found out that they sell new and refurbished computers at great prices. I hope my laptop keeps going for another three years but if it doesnt, Ill go to USA Computer Store for repair or to buy a new one.

Antonio helped me out a great deal on short notice. I have a call center of 50 units with 7 computers that were supposedly dead... We were due to hire more agents this week so we needed them back up and running. When I explained my situation to Antonio he assured me that all 7 computers would be done in one day. When I came in this morning I picked up my repaired computers and some extra headsets for my agents. Antonio went over all the issues with me in a way I could understand which is much appreciated. Thanks Antonio For everything and Ill be sure to give you a call next week to install that Firewall at my office... My agents cant get enough of Facebook! God Bless, Luis

I drove past this computer store on the way somewhere else. I saw their signs and decided to just compare prices and services. First thing ... their prices were really competitive but, the what made me drop off my computer was just the conversation I had with the owner. They took extra care with my computer. And, Im a small business owner. So, it was a big deal to me. ... I can not recommend these guys enough. They stand behind theyre work. They literally called me to check on how things were going a few days after I picked up my computer ... which, by the way, I am writing this review with right now ;)

I just want tell you guys about my experience with melvin ( the guy at the front). I brought in my dell laptop with a dimmed screen after coming from best buy.best buy told me it would cost 200 and they would need it to send it somewhere else ( some sort of repair center they have in the midwest) and would take up to 10 days. I dropped my laptop in the morning and by the afternoon it was already fixed. They did the repair right there in their shop and for cheap price. I only paid $125 for an lcd inverter replacement ( which i dont know what does mean, but hey ! is working now.
