Ok so my lab top just died without warning isnt that the way it always goes. I took it in to chicago computer club and they gave me their diagnosis. They were very knowledgeable and did not pressure me into doing anything on the spot. Within about two days after I dropped my lab top off I was able to get it back with an external hard drive that contained all my data until I am able to purchase a new lab top.

I have taken many computers to Chicago Computer Club over several years and always been satisfied with service and repairs. Henry is my tech man there, and I recommend him highly. He always tries to keep my costs down and helps me decide when repairs are appropriate or newer equipment would be a wiser choice. He works quickly and strives for your satisfaction. You will not be disappointed with him.

I move around a lot thanks to my job. Ive been to many computer stores all over the US. This is by far the best one. The service is fast, truthful, and very affordable. Plus, their membership program is the best thing Ive seen offered anywhere. Their phone support and in store support is very friendly. So I suggest everyone to come and get there computer serviced here at the computer club.

Terrible customer service. The guy who works told me printing 5 pages would cost a dollar in total, but since there was a tinge of color on each page, it cost over 5 dollars. There was a failure of communication due to his sub-par English skills, but either way the prices here are exorbitant. Go down to 57th where they dont rip you off so much.

Despite the very clear description on the website that they did, was point blank told that they did not do phone screen repairs and sent away without the name of another store that might be able to assist me. I would advise going elsewhere, and probably elsewhere for computer repairs as well.

Stone Cold Good Work. I tried a lot of places looking for help with my Imac computer , everyone of them gave some kind of excuse . I found Chicago Computer Club online called them up ,they said come on in . I got my computer back the next day ! Problem solved.

Poor computer repair service. They charged $40 just to take a look at the computer, then tried to sell me on an expensive, but irrelevant fix while completely missing the actual minor issue. Will not shop here again.

Quick laptop repair (1 day), worked with the parts I provided. The guys seem like they know computers very well, and can repair almost anything. Fair price. Will definitely come back in the future, if necessary.
