I was looking to sell my old computers. At first I was very hesitant about leaving my computers with someone I didnt know and whether or not Id get a fair price. Boy was I surprised! Chad is very upfront and honest about what your items are worth. He took the time to explain to me why he offered the price he did. He also made feel comfortable in the fact that he would completely wipe my computers clean so no one ever get my information. He responded quickly to my text when I initially contacted him regarding my computers. He told hed look at them at a specific time and get back to me. He did what he said and by the end of the day I was extremely happy. I would not hesitate to buy a computer or bring my old computers back to him anytime. Hes fair and honest. Thats a rare quality these days.

The best really! Chad is a great guy and is committed to making the customer happy. I brought my phone to him for a screen repair. They were fast and it looked great. There was a small problem that happened during the repair, but Chad was right on it and made it right. He even offered to stay open late to get it done the right way. Things happen, how people respond to them is what makes all the difference and they responded with gusto to make sure I got what I needed and that I was happy. Go here! Dont think about it, if youre reading, then this is your place to go. While as a local entrepreneur in a tech field, and over 25 years of working on and with computers, I have some experience troubleshooting computers. My beloved MAC died and CGCR was recommended to me. Chad, the owner, should be the basic definition of the value of local business. Because of his honesty and tenacity, I would recommend even my grandmother to Chads business. There is NO question in my mind that this company is leaps and bounds above the rest.
