I bought a Honda lawn mower from the discount tool division of Orange Computers known as "Master Tool Shed". At first, I thought I was getting a good deal on a solid mower by buying a Home Depot return that someone didnt like or had a minor repair for $90 cheaper. After looking it over at the storefront, it looked okay and everything worked. I even asked what was wrong with it before they fixed it and the guy said "nothing". After getting it home and mowing with it once, one of the wheels wasnt touching the ground (a common problem with the model, as my research showed). I took it back, and they said they fixed it. No big deal, even though I had my doubts since nothing on the wheel looked different. I mowed for it one more time and noticed a puddle of oil underneath of it. I called them right away and took it back to the store for a second time. They put it up on a lift and determined that it had a crack on the underside of the motor. Since this wasnt something they could fix easily, they exchanged it. However, they gave me a mower that was dirty and looked more used than the one I purchased originally. What rubbed me the wrong way is that the mower shop manager proceeded to lecture me about turning the mower on its side (to show him the oil leak) since the oil "gets up in the motor" and made sure I knew that this was the LAST problem they were going to fix and that my "warranty" had expired. Even though they sold me a turd to begin with. BUYER BEWARE, these guys will not give you full disclosure about their "reconditioned" tools and there is a, what I believe to be, shady 7 day warranty that washes their hands of any issues by the time you figure it out. I have learned my lesson and will purchase new, or from a mower shop thats reputable (and doesnt use a condescending tone with their clients).
