Im not one to complain, but I felt my experience should be shared with others. My laptop needed repair, so I brought it in on a Friday afternoon and was told that someone would take a look at it on Monday and get back in touch with me. I paid $75 just to have them look at it and asked to please call first with an estimate before doing any repairs. It was Wednesday and I still had not heard back...left numerous messages over the next few days and finally had a return call on Friday (one week after I dropped off the laptop). I was told that a part needed to be replaced and that they ordered the part. Then the next message was that they made a mistake and it wasnt that part at all but something totally different and they ordered the wrong part...but it should be in the next day and someone would call me when it was completed. No repair estimates per my original request. It was ready the next day (only positive mention) and I had to pay an additional $140. I was told that Windows XP had to be reinstalled and that it was normally $160 to reinstall, but they didnt charge me. Im glad because at that point I could have bought a new laptop. I bring the laptop home, plug it in...and IT HAS THE SAME PROBLEM STILL AS BEFORE plus now the fan wont stop running. Seems like they added problems instead of fixing them. I called to let them know and was told I could bring it back in...I was reassured that I would not have to pay anything additional for them to look at it again. Brought it back in, only for them to finally determine that they could not fix it after all that....AND they wanted to charge me now for the Windows XP reinstallation. I am all about delivering exceptional customer service in my field...and when terrible service is received...others should know about it. Look around first before bringing your equipment here.

I have used Dimension Computer on several occasions over the past two years. Jim and Chad are very friendly, helpful and consultative. I have taken my PC in for service multiple times and I have purchased another PC from them for my boys and later taken it back in for upgrades. Jim and Chad are patient, responsive and have, on numerous occasions, worked beyond their normal business hours in order to accommodate me. Dimension Computer has a quick service turn-around and their prices are very reasonable. Jim has made special trips in order to purchase hardware for my machines and has gone out of his way to work with hardware manufacturers in order to obtain warranty service on my parts rather than just selling me new hardware. I recommend Dimension Computer for your computer needs. It’s a lot like having a trusted friend that you can rely on to take care of your computer.

I have used Dimensions services a few times over the last couple of years and have never had an issue. They are always informative and timely with their service. Recently, I had a very urgent matter. I called Dimension and Jim answered. I explained what my situation was and that I needed it "today". He told me to bring my PC into the store and he would see what he could do. I did and, in 20 minutes, I was on the road. Jim was a lifesaver that day. This is the kind of service that is lacking in many businesses these days. Thanks Jim and Dimension Computers! You have a customer for life.

To my horror, the micro SD card in my phone had become corrupted. I had lost all of the videos of my infant son and my dad. Those videos and photos were so important to me, but not backed up. They had only 8 months to spend together before dad passed due to cancer, and the media and memories were all I had left. Now the media was gone...or so I thought. Dimension Computer was able to recover every last picture and video from my SD card. Priceless. Thank you so much!

After my external hard drive crashed, I waited a month and a half for another local company to run diagnostics and tell me the data would need to be recovered off-site for $1500-$2000. Thank goodness for getting a second opinion from Jim! I walked in on a Friday and within ONE DAY had my precious data in hand for a mere $200. The quick turnaround time plus the excellent customer service from someone I could trust has made me a Dimension Computers customer for life!

In and out in a half hour with success. My keyboard stopped working. First he got an external keyboard to work and then helped me find an inexpensive used keyboard replacement online rather than trying to make a fast buck by selling me a new one. Before I left he actually had my original one working. Problem solved and I felt like all along he was trying to do things the most efficient and least expensive way. Very honest and knowledgeable.

Jim and his staff want your repeat business and they treat you accordingly. I have used Dimension for all of my home computer needs as well as my entire office network for more years than I can count, and could not be more satisfied. They know what they are doing and are fair minded in their charges. By far better service and more reasonably priced than their bigger competitors. I would not go anywhere else!

A great shop for the area and perfect for finding those niche parts that you need. Often times they will have a used part that you can get for a bargain compared to paying full price at the big box stores. Disclaimer: I worked here for about 3-4 months about 8 years ago, but Ill still come in and pick up parts/monitors or etc whenever I come in town for my parent/sisters computers.

Jim fixed my computer after my computer updated to Windows 10 and Internet wont connect. He not only fixed it, he cleaned up any bugs that may cause the same issue in the future whenever theres an update and taught me what to do. Excellent service! Will recommend all my family and friends.
