Awesome Pricing and Super fast customer service. In and out in 15 minutes with a shopping cart of low cost incredible computer stuff. We went into EPC this morning looking for an inexpensive computer setup with monitors as a station for our sales guys. We walked out with a $250.00 dual core I3 Lenova desktop computer that included a 20" monitor with an incredible stand, a loaded new copy of Windows 10, and all cabling needed to set it up. I merely plugged it all together and had it up and running with full internet access in 20 minutes and I am not an IT guy by any means. These guys are great and we plan to go back for at least a few more of these systems. Best kept secret in refurbished computers in St. Louis. You can now consider Citywide Alarms, LLC a customer for life. When we buy right we can keep our cost in line for our customers. That means a lot to everyone. Thanks again.

They have a great section of used business class machines as well as monitors and other peripherals. I had hoped to were more of a recycling center that sold recycled components as well as full machines. If you need something now and want it from retail type shop then this is probably your place. If you need some extra services or help with your computer this is probably your place. If you want a good deal on used machines you can do better on EBay or Craigslist.

Went in and asked for a power supply with an 8 pin eps connector and a 24 pin atx connector on a budget, was sold a power supply that did not have a 8 pin wire, even though the worker opened up the box and checked. When I returned the psu the (different) worker said I needed a beefier power supply to have an 8 pin eps. I dont need a beefier power supply, I need one with the right outputs, and somebody who knows what theyre talking about would be nice too.

Ill never buy a computer from anyone else again. Small business, expert staff where knowledge is used to help rather than exploit the customer. I have always felt at big box places that I was being sold a line of goods -- i this, bus that, DDR whatever. I was told what I needed for my work, was discouraged from buying something unnecessarily expensive...overall great experience. Value for what you get is unmatched anywhere in town or online.

A Private User

Bought a printer and was told it was "Grade A" with no problems, when I got it home, it printed lines all over the paper. I called the service technician who would "look into the problem" and after following up and leaving multiple messages, I never received a call back. Now they say, since its been over 30 days, nothing they can do. If it was within 30 days, they would have refunded the money, which the technician never suggested. Be CAREFUL!

Weve bought several laptops from EPC over the last 5 years and been very happy. Most recent - a laptop for college student son. Very lightweight and fully featured under $300 including backpack case. Their stock consists of items returned from business leases by their parent company. Staff is very knowledgable and helpful too. Pricing was more important to us than having the newest hottest thing, so EPC was the perfect answer.

I am the store manager at a laptop/desktop repair shop. We do not buy or sell computers. I always send my customers to EPC to purchase their computers if they are in the market for a used computer. I have been dealing with this company for years now. The product is solid, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and their prices are very reasonable. I even bought my mother a desktop from them.

Usually good products. Most of the items are a bit pricey considering they are mostly off lease and generally well used. Usually clean and fairly well organized. Based on the sign on the front door, they do NOT support your second amendment rights. Not saying dont shop here because of it, just providing info for those that take their second amendment rights seriously.

Staff is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Prices are well below big box chain and the quality of the PC I purchased is excellent. I explained what I needed, a PC for photo editing, and the staff reviewed the options for hardware along with cost. Once all decisions were made, they put together a custom machine for me in a matter of minutes.

This is the best place to buy used computer parts, but dont expect service like Best Buy. Before you go make sure you know what you want to purchase, my suggestion is to check out their website beforehand otherwise you will most likely be pointed to one of their customer use computers to view their website.

There are really very few reasons one would need a brand new computer. Their refurbished PCs and laptops are great. You can get a quality machine for a fraction of the cost of a brand new one. Mainly PCs, but they have a few Macs, as well.

Would have to say while they are offering used parts etc., this is seemingly nothing more than a clearing house for computer equipment they obtain through their recycle services which they charge for.
