I have been working with Jerry at Tower House Computers for years. We started taking our personal computers to him when we got a virus on one. He took the time to explain everything and I left there with not only a working computer, but knowledge to help avoid a similar situation in the future. Here we are years later as business owners, and we continue to use his services. We have bought numerous computers from him as our business continues to grow. He has also established multiple networks for us at our home office as well as warehouse. He is incredibly professional and courteous and understands the urgency when you need your computer to work properly. Most of the time he can log-on remotely and take care of things, but he does make "house calls" as well, which Ive appreciated. Most recently, we called him to help with a printer driver issue, file sharing for scanner, and wireless connection problems. He stopped by within a short time on his way to lunch and got the issues resolved. We were expecting to pay something for his services, but he didnt charge us. He sent us the invoice and stated "Freebie" and he thanked us for our business. Ive referred him to friends and family and now feel the need to share with everyone! I know our business is stronger because of him!

Worst place I have experienced. I should have paid the more expensive price because then maybe I wouldnt have gotten rude people and a screw up on my computer. When I called the guy told me that the computer could be done in hours. When I went in I dropped it off on a Friday they said they would get it done Monday. It was Wednesday when I finally got it back. Nobody explained to me what was wrong what was preformed or anything. I actually asked the guy if it was bad and he said, "I didnt work on this one." and nothing else was said. When I brought the computer in I expressed how important it was for me to keep microsoft office on my computer as I am a full time student and all classes are online. When I get the computer back I try to open powerpoint and it reinstalls it configures and then fails...asks me for a product key or an email. I call them and they tell me theres nothing they can do!!! Are you serious. The owner of the company told me that my Microsoft would not be touched!!! Now it cant be accessed. Worst freaking experience I have had in a long time!! On top of it, the guy on the phone tells me well I dont understand why you wouldnt have your product key? Really? Thats customer service for you! Never trust these people with your computers!!!

I formerly worked for Tower House Computers. I worked directly with the owners and I can say it was a great working experience. Tower House Computers has very loyal clients (I say clients because they come back). Brian and Jerry would oversee the work I did and always provide me with wonderful input that would assist my performance. Our goal was to provide a haven for most if not all computer needs, and I felt proud working there. I knew that with their insight, I was doing grade A work for the needs of the community, and finding a great stepping stone to push off from in my career. I know that not everyone can be pleased, but it was great knowing that we pleased an extremely high majority of our clients. - Thanks Jerry and Brian

You can do what you want, but I wont go back. I brought my laptop in because the power cable would go in and out. I wasnt sure if it was the input jack or the cable. "They" decided the problem was the input jack and replaced it for $150. When they called me to tell me it was ready, "Mark" said that my power cord also needed to be replaced and they had a used one for $30. First, I went immediately to the web and found I could buy one for 12 bucks. The cable IS faulty and now Im wondering if there was ever anything wrong with the input jack at all. If the power cord was bad, why wasnt the low cost item replaced FIRST to see if that fixed the problem?

I went in with what I thought was an issue with my new laptops Solid State drive. I brought the replacement I had already received from Dell with me, and Mark switched the new out for the old. Upon running diagnostics and finding that issues persisted and were in fact NOT due to a faulty SSD, he advised me to see if Dell would replace the Motherboard under warranty. He swapped the SSDs back and refused to charge me anything, even turning down my tip offer as he insisted that Tower House Computers offers free diagnostics. Well done guys, I know where Im going next time I have computer/laptop troubles.

My name is Joyce J. Ive been doing business with Tower House Computers for 13 years. They have built two computers for me and I can honestly tell you that they know what they are doing. Jerry the owner has been very honest with me and is courteous as well. Before I found Tower House Computers I had problems with other computer places that were awful. For me to stay with a company this long should tell everyone that I trust their work, they do an excellent job. Thanks Jerry!

Tower House Computers is truly the BEST! If I could give this company 10 stars I would. I am a teacher and was having difficulty uploading a video to use in my classroom. Tower House came to the rescue. I was told to just come in and we will see what we can do. Mark spent the better part of an hour helping me figure out the problem. I cannot thank Mark and Tower House enough and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone I know.
