I recently had the unfortunate experience of breaking (through my own fault) an external hard drive that was 12 years old. It had vital documents, pictures, videos, etc. on the device and I was worried about the recovery of the information. I spoke with Hanson at Computer Heaven about my issue. He took the device and gave me expert consultation and informed me of all options, both best case and worst. The worst case was that since the device was so old, the part needed would be very difficult to find, and so it could take more than $1500 to retrieve the files through a more complicated route. However, Hanson worked on the problem like a true, friendly, and even sympathetic professional. Through his diligent work, he was able to locate the exact part needed to recover the information and it only cost me $160. A FAR CRY from the worst case scenario, when he could have easily gone the easier (and more costly for me) avenue. Not only will I be going only to computer Heaven and Hanson personally from now on for any of my IT related needs, I will be sure to pass along business to them at every opportunity I have. Terrible!! First they told me that if I paid the $45+ fee for them to inspect my laptop that it would reserve my place in line and that my computer would be looked at within 3 days if I dropped it off on Friday morning. I drop my computer off at 8 am on Friday morning and Im told I should hear from them later on that day no later than Monday. The weekend goes by still nothing. I call monday afternoon, Im told it will be looked at that evening, once again I wait. Tuesday evening arrives, I call again and my computer hasnt been looked at yet. Wednesday they dont answer the phone. Finally on Thursday, a guy calls me to tell me that my laptop(that is used for school and less than 2 years old) needs over $600 worth of work and I should just buy a new one. I go to pick up my computer the following Monday because it took them 4 days to get it ready. I call HP the next day, because my computer is out of warranty they tell me I will be charged $196, HP fixes my computer in a week in a half. These people are SCAM artist!!!

I would like to praise and thank the techs at Computer Heaven for the work they did on my machine. My computer was compromised by a massive virus attack and had been running slower and slower until finally it would no longer boot. Not only did the techs remove the viruses, they gave me a really great new install of the OS, and this machine has never run this fast, even when new. I greatly appreciate the time and the consideration taken to protect my data as well. I was able to restore even third-party applications that I had downloaded. But the very best thing done was the new setup, which was obviously done by a skilled tech taking time and consideration for the way that I personally use the computer—best setup ever. Thanks again.

This place was WONDERFUL to work with. Im a college student, so not having my laptop for a long time is unspeakable, but this group of professionals worked very quick and efficiently for me. Everyone I encountered was a delight to speak with and they helped me with everything ranging from directions, diagnostics, and protecting my files. When I dropped off my computer, the associate gave me many options and prices, so I would have time to prepare. The woman who worked on my laptop was very nice and explained everything she did and how I can prevent this from happening again. All and all a FABULOUS experience and I would recommend this place to anyone who asks!

Ive been to this place quite a few times, and inititally I was happy with them. That was until the replacement laptop charger they sold me stopped working within a month and the one they replaced THAT with also stopped working. I had to eat the 80$ they charged me and find another place that sold my original laptop charger. I then brought them to it to look at my mouse pad which had stopped working. They charged me just to look at it before telling me it would cost hundreds of dollars to replace the mouse pad. No thanks. Ill spend the extra money for quality service at Geek Squad.

I have been using the services of Computer Heaven for many years now and I am never been disappointed in the customer service, friendliness, helpfulness, knowledge or pricing. Once again, I visited the store today after being a victim of the great flood of 2016, to troubleshoot a problem with my laptop. And, once again, they were able to solve the problem with as little effort and expense as possible. A business of this quality is greatly appreciated today!! It is a place that cares with a willingness to help.

So-so place for computer repair. They could not diagnose a problem with my wifes laptop even after I have a detailed description of the failure, and could not manage even to copy over her hard drive successfully so she could get work done while they worked on it. We ended getting an inexpensive refurbished replacement from there which has been working well, although I had to spend a while day installing a number of updates. More frustration than I would have preferred, but it all worked out okay in the end.

Great group of people at Computer Heaven! They really know their business and will not try and talk you into anything you do not need or want. They helped me with upgrades an a desktop for my business and a laptop, also built a great system for my Sons 17th birthday gift! I normally dont have time to write reviews, good or bad but they are worth the effort and as far as I can tell, they were honest and straightforward about everything. I will be back there soon, want to purchase a 3rd ups for my home.

bought my first laptop here over 3 years ago. Last week when it broke, I brought it in for service and they suggested I buy a new one. I suggested they fix the old one and they basically told me its not worth it. I told them thats for me to decide. Finally, he said he CANT fix it and that all my data was lost!!! Finally, I went to the Mac store and bought an iMac and they moved all my files and email from my broken laptop that Computer Heaven does not know how to fix. Idiots!

I have been dealing with Computer Heaven for at least 10 years. As is the case with any business there are occasional glitches, but overall I can say I have had great service and great experiences there. I will not take my computers any other place. The staff, especially Brian, have always been terrific. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable. The big box stores dont come close. Id rather pay the extra money and use Computer Heaven than take my computers to a retail chain.

Everyone at Computer Heaven was very helpful, courteous, and listened carefully when I described the problems I was having with my laptop. It took a little longer to repair the problem than they originally said it would, but the extra time was worth the excellent customer service and their willingness to solve all the issues I was having. I would definitely go back to Computer Heaven in the future and would recommend their services to a friend or co-worker.
