In our 25 years in doing national and international business, we’ve been subject to the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to reliable computer repair, but ever since we found Inspectors Computer Services almost four years ago, Royce and company have been our go-to computer experts whenever we’ve encountered problems with any of our equipment. They are thorough but fast on turnarounds so essential for keeping business running smoothly. The charges for their services are extremely fair, and many is the time that Royce has thrown in a bit of Louisiana technology lagniappe at no charge. Royce’s patient explanations of whatever technology problems we have has been a blessing – we focus on our business, and Royce focuses on the tools we use to get it one. We never feel as if our problem is not as important as those of his much larger clients. Because our business is 15 driving hours from Royce’s HQ in Baton Rouge, he handles our situations via programs that allow him to ferret out problems while we, with hands off the mouse, just watch him work his magic across the screens of our monitors. Yes, there are repair companies in the area in which we are located; however, even with the physical distance involved, the cyber distance to the fine folks at Inspectors Computer Services is minuscule and we benefit from the knowledge, compassion, patience, guaranteed-honest, and reliable service that Inspectors Computer Services renders. I have had several dealings with ICR in the past. They are by far the most efficient and fair computer repair service I have ever dealt with. They inspected my rig for free and gave me a very fair price to repair it. He told me that if he couldnt repair the rig, the work would be free, which in this day and age is far and few between. I couldnt recommend Royce and his crew enough.
