My technician today was Tammy . I am extremely pleased with her level of expertise. She fixed my problem in about 5 minutes and explained to me what she did and how to access what I needed in the future. She took her time with me and was very pleasant to talk to. I wish I would of known about your services sooner. I will be a return customer in the future whenever I need computer help. Thanks so much Tammy !

Eric, our local CCS technician set up a program to take a snapshot of our server and back it up on to a flex drive to take off site without having to go into the CLOUD. He checked in on us several time to make sure the program was running and backing the way he intended. We are very happy with the service and expertise, Eric and the CCS team has provided in our town. FYI: Tammy is AWESONE TOO!!

Eric was our CCS technician and helped us get our server up and running. He stopped into our office several times to make sure we had no other issues and he even connected us with a new server backup program.
