I read the reviews before I stopped . Heard it was slow. I thought it cant be that bad. Yes ... It was that bad!!! I asked a lady in fine jewelry if I could purchase some earrings. She said I should go to the main checkout a few yards away and she disappeared . Since I had never been in this store I did as I was told .... When I saw two cashiers and only two ppl in front of me I thought this would be fine . I then waited 25 minutes (SERIOUSLY) to check out only to NOT be greeted or even looked at ...it was the weirdest experience at a Penneys store ever for me . Only waited that long because I had 10 dollars off my 10 purchase. Skip this place if you can help it.

OK store. As expected of a chain store, it is occasionally understaffed (usually around the holidays). As far as cleanliness goes, its not bad. Fitting rooms are often tidy. Clearance racks are great. Prices are awesome there. As for style, it varies. Prices on the rest of the store are as expected. Moderately high, but for high price brands. Employees are usually nice, albeit scarce. Never had an issue with them. If youre thinking about Black Friday, dont. Its a nightmare.

Typical JCPenny. They wrre fast in retrirving my online order that I haf shipped there. Could use better service in that it took about 20 minutes to even FIND anyone & I walked over the whole store. People I DID find didnt know how to help although they did point me in the right direction. They have some good sales here! Very nicely decorated & clean.

Will never go to this place again, I needed assistance in the shoe department, the womans, and she was not helpful at all. I asked for a shoe with style but comfort. She was clueless, and walked away. I will stick to the Omaha stores, always someone willing to go above and beyond to help.

Im a JC Penney girl. Essentially they have the same clothes as Kohls but better prices. The only thing I dont like is that they play different music in their Mix It area. Drives me crazy hearing 2 songs as once! Just play the same music throughout the store.

I had been to three different stores trying to find what i was lookin for and my needs were simple a hooded sweater. The staff never harrassed me like walmart but when i needed someone Annette got me in and out THANK YOU ANNETTE ☺☺☺

Went in with my family, couldnt believe how messy things were, piles of clothes on the floor, messy tables, saw one employee working the sales floor. Love Jcpenneys, but wow, couldnt believe the mess. Took pics, wish I could share.

Aggravating. They keep advertising that if you purchase a certain amount online you can buy these little diamond earrings for $25. The problem is they dont have them and wont have them. So stop advertising something you dont have!
