Realizing time had gotten away from us, I quickly called Fossil to find where they were located in the mall so I could drop off my watch really fast so it would be sent off to be fixed. It was minutes away from closing time and the young woman who answered the phone informed me she would take a look at my watch when I arrived and she also assured me she would wait for me to close. Once I got to the store at 9:00 she smiled and fixed my watch for me. This little act of kindness in the retail industry was SO refreshing. Nothing but smiles and good attitudes from the staff here. I will be a lifelong customer! Thank you, young lady! 11-11-16

Came here to look at watches (Wed June 11, 2014) and the lady who helped me was awesome, not to mention extremely gorgeous! and had an interesting tattoo of a flower on her palm. But overall every one of the employees were very helpful and friendly. If it wasnt a nearly 2 hour drive Id go back every time I got a new watch.

Had a watch less than a year, and there was a problem with the movement. Sent it back after visiting the store. Came back in a week. It stopped completely. Took it back and they sent it back waiving the fee. Good service but company needs work.

HAD MY FIRST EXPERIENCE INSIDE FOSSIL AT STONEBRIAR CENTRE, EVERYONE IN THE STORE WERE VERY HELPFUL & ATTENTIVE. EVEN TOOK HOME A SAMPLE OF 1954, I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK TO DO MY CHRISTMAS SHOPPING HERE!!!
