I went in and looked around for a while. Not seeing the specific ring that I had decided I wanted, I made my way to the color bar where I was helped by Kaitlyn! She was amazing. She showed me their newest ring and was so helpful and patient as I tried different ring sizes, color combinations, and even got different rings from the back. Also before working with me she brought me a drink as well, which was so nice after the heat. She brought my final ring up to the front for me, and the workers were all smiles as I checked out. Everyone was asking if I needed anything and were all patient and friendly! Great Staff

My visit was to the Kendra Scott store at Legacy Village in Plano. I will say I was greeted nicely by the first store attendant that saw me. She got what I wanted and went to the cash register to pay. It was then that I dealt with a rude girl who rang the purchase up. She acted like she worked on Rodeo drive. Does she realize that she works retail in Plano, TX. I understand this is a nice store, but cmon. I didnt catch her name, but she was tall with red hair. Other than her the experience was good.

I was searching high and low for a bracelet that no store in San Antonio had in stock. I was super bummed out! I called Kendra Corporate and asked them if I could use my birthday discount online and I couldnt :( However, they told me that the store in Plano had one bracelet left and I could have them ship it to me. In the end, I received not only my bracelet but a hand written letter from Nicole thanking me for my purchase. Thank you so much! Such a pleasant experience.

The Kendra Scott jewelry store in Plano at The Shops of Legacy is well managed with excellent customer service. The shop is selling a popular brand so the store seems to be accommodating larger crowds than most others. However the staff does a good job of managing the traffic. We were able to get in, find what we needed, and exit the store quickly at checkout.

Amazing customer service. I had lost an earring and found out that I could bring the single earring in and they would give me a new set for half price. On top of that I had a return, and a coupon that I was wanting to use on a different purchase. The girls were very friendly and helpful and didnt act annoyed with me! lol I love Kendra Scott!

I went here to pick up some gifts for my cousins. I called earlier and asked if they had what I needed in stock. They did so I asked them to hold it for me and they agreed. When I arrived, I gave them my name and they pulled out the items that I asked them to hold. They wrapped the gifts for me and I was on my way.

Stopped here a number of times for a gift and generally very busy. Staff are willing to help but feel free to take your time and browse. I like to wait on coupons or a birthday promotion for my wifes birthday if you are on e-mail list. Jewelry is very popular and reasonably priced.
