The clerk threw the long strap away when taking stuffing out from the purse I purchased & they refused to mail it to me. The manager indicated they are not authorized to mail anything. That I would have to drive over & get it, 30 minutes away. Not customer friendly.

Big selection of jewelry. Dont know how the quality is, we eventually just walked out. Put off by the rude employees who were working that day. Its not a difficult task to acknowledge customers at some point...
