Terrible customer service!!! Literally the only thing the lady said when I was checking out was my total and my change. Not a "hey how are you" or a "have a good night". She seemed like shes having a bad night, because as shes taking my hangers off my clothes shes dropping them loudly into a bucket like shes annoyed. Not one person asked if I needed help. Not one person had any hint of a smile on there face. Ive been coming here for about 2 years, and it seems like the service just keeps getting worse and worse!!!! The only reason I come in is because sometimes I need a new shirt quick, and theyre close. They do have cute stuff sometimes....but mostly things that are played out, or completely knock off looking. Material isnt very good on most of the clothing, but again...its convenient and most ofthe time cheap. Get what you pay for as far as product and sservice goes, thats for sure!

The service is worst then anywhere I ever been. They do not speak to you...they do not help you and they act like they hate being at work. The person that owns that store needs to fire all of them and hire new people that actually care about customers. The only reason I shop there is for my 2 year old son. They have very low price clothes and I live that about Citi trends. Ive been to a lot of them in Memphis...Arkansas and all but Omaha Nebraska is really bad.
