I bought a Wallet from the store less than six months ago and went to exchange the Wallet due to the stitching falling apart. The people at the store was so rude and unhelpful all I wanted was to switch out my wallet for the same one but that did not go as planed. The First Lady said no problem and looked and the had 3 in stock in the inventory but after talking to one of her associates now they dont have any. Like thats weird because I see the same wallet sitting on the shelf. Then The associate came over being very rude and said the only thing we can do is send it out to get Repaired which was odd since the other one said there in stock. So whos lying and on top of that they order me a new wallet and made me pay $10 to have it shipped. This store is very unprofessional and the managers need to be retrained on customer service. After leaving the store I contacted coach customer service and was able to get my $10 for shipping which was out rages refunded back to my card. This store is great but the people working in the store makes the place look like a joke.

I purchased a purse and wallet two weeks ago. Days later I received an email saying that the purse had been cancelled and but they were still sending the wallet. I went on the website and found another purpose but had to get a different wallet because it was totally different color and did not match so now I have to send the first wallet back. Then I get a email saying they sent the wallet II wallet that is and not the purse it was on back order. Now here we are a couple days later again they send another email saying that the purse is not available and they are giving me 20% off my next purchaseonline! Seriously I will not try to buy online again. Why so it cab get canceled for a third time However the purse that I purchased is still on the website and shows available as ofyesterday. how funny is that! absolutely ridiculous very unsatisfied customer!!

The sales associate who helped me pick a bag provided excellent customer service and product knowledge. The cashier who rang me up asked me if I wanted the purse gift wrapped I said yes and she placed the box inside a bag and rushed me out. What happened to tissue paper ingredients the purse, placing it inside of the gift box and then into the bag? Probably wont spend anymore money at this store again.
