When we got there, no one greeted us after walking around a bit we went inside where a service assoc greeted us and said he would find a sales person for us. He walked into an office where two people were sitting behind desks talking and he asked if they were busy that we wanted to see a car. They did not seem to motivated to help us, a man decides he will help, he looks like he slept in his clothes and came to work in them very unprofessional looking. We gave him the stock number of the car we were interested in, he said there must be a mistake that key was not there. We went out to the car and the stock number on the car matches the one I gave him, he returned and said there is no key. Said he could let me look at one that was similar. So we thought okay, that way we could at least look inside and get a feel for the car we wanted, but no he started reading from the sales sheet on the side of the car, it was not what we wanted, apparently not to show us the car but maybe sell a car that we didnt want. I was looking at a black car w a different dash, this was red and the dash again was different. I seriously felt like he didnt want to be bothered by us. My daughter said maybe they already met their quota and didnt feel the need to sell a car that day.

Parts department is awesome The parts department staff was super kind and helpful. This last trip I needed a new battery, in the past its been oil and filters for routine maintenance. Thanks to the parts team for getting me in and out quickly so I could get my car back on the road! UPDATE: I recently stopped by to add another new VW to my garage. Rich and Laura helped me find the right Golf with all the features I was looking for. The purchase was easy and the finance department was super quick (less than 15 minutes). If youre on the fence about a new car, swing in and see what kind of deal they can work out for you.

My husband bought our most recent car here. Its a 2013 Passat. The entire front bumper has paint chipping off. It almost to the point where there is more surface uncovered than there is covered with paint. We called about a warranty and they said that it would not be covered at all. In short, horrible quality product and customer service. We love VWs but wouldnt recommend purchasing from this dealership.
