Dont come here! Worst customer service ever!Nissan will be all nice and eager to sell you a car as well as trying to get you to buy as many packets for the car as possible, but if you change your mind or you need to cancel some of the extended warranties or packages, they do not want to help, and neither will they provide you with answers. The most you will hear from them is "I dont know, let me figure out what I could do and I will get back to you when I have something." Turns out, they never do, days and weeks go by and you get nothing. You can call and leave messages, but they will simply be ignored. If you go to the dealer to get answers, hoping that in person it would help, guess what? It makes no difference! As soon as you walk in the door, you can see in their face that they already know that you are that person that has been calling and leaving messages and they havent called back or done anything. Its not like when you are buying a car and everyone wants to help you that it almost seems like they fight over you, it is the total opposite! It is like you are no even there, they avoid making contact with you because they already know what you are there for, and its not for buying a car. When you finally make contact with someone, they say that they know nothing and that they will have to get back to you or they will just try to hand you off for someone else to help you. Finance is a whole different nightmare. The only thing they are happy about is financing your car and getting you the highest interest rate. If there are issues or if you later want to cancel a packet, like Titanium, they know nothing of it. All they say is call the Titanium, ask them, we have nothing to do with them. So you do, but they tell you that it is the dealer that has to cancel, you contact Nissan and they say it is the company. After going back and forth between Nissan and the company, Nissan finally accepts that they do cancel it. It takes a whole week to cancel and they dont want to reimburse you! Again you are sent in a loophole. Although Nissan and its finance department has the worst customer service, nothing is worse than dealing with ROBERT JONES (RJ). He is rude and useless. He hates helping and will even roll his eyes and sigh loudly in annoyance as you talk to him, not to mention, making no eye contact whatsoever. If you ask him to help, he will distaste fully say he will, but wont. If you call, he wont answer and if you go in person, he will only be more annoyed and have nothing better to say than, "I just dont have any information for you." He is certainly in the wrong profession. Avoid him at all costs, he will only give you headaches and frustration all while doing nothing in your favor. If I could give this dealer a rating, I would give it a negative -10, but sadly one star is the lowest possible. They are all nice when selling you something but if you have a problem, they will do anything but help you. Avoid the hassle and dont come here!

BUYER BEWARE!! I contacted this dealership to see a Volkswagen Touareg that they had for sale. The dealership said that the car was in perfect condition and a must see. We drove all the way up from San Diego only to find out that the car was far from perfect condition. First and foremost the car reaked of cigarettes. The smell was in the leather, in the vents and they didnt even think to vaccum the cigarette ashes from the cigarette lighter. Both the center consoles in the front and back were completely broken (something that would cost over $800 to repair) Nobs were ripped off left and right inside the vehicle, the dash was clearly cut by a box cutter, the back seat wouldnt even fold flat from damages. The entire car was soaking wet inside because they clearly tried to hide the cigarette smell by washing the car right before we got there. And to top it off, they got all of the electronics wet and left them overnight like that. So now the 6 disc changer is water logged and doesnt work. They also got cleaner all over the navigation system and damaged the lcd screen. I am appalled that they would try and sneak all this past us when they knew we were driving over 8 hours to see the car. Then they said they would work on the price which was listed way over Kelly blue book, but refused to even lower the price to even what KBB value was. So they knew right from the beginning that the car was completely garbage, but lied right to our faces and made us feel like it would be worth our trip to come see it. The sales person even kept saying "I dont care" when we listed off things that were broken on the car and wanted to see if we could get the price lowered. Extreme buyer beware! This dealership will lie to you and waste your time on a vehicle that is falling apart inside. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend any person considering a vehicle from this dealership to run as fast as you can. They buy cheap cars from auctions that are falling apart and then mark them up for beyond what they are worth. I am so grateful that we didnt buy this car only to find out a couple weeks later how bad the cigarette smell really is once the car sat for a while. Such a waste of time.

These people are LIARS do not purchase from here. They will lie to your face just to get you in a car, and then when it is time for them to provide service to your vehicle that is a written agreement no one wants to help. I purchased a 2016 Dodge Dart the salesmen Benny lied and said it was the original key, now my car does not start after it has been sitting for long periods of time. This happened on the second day after I purchased the car. The Chrysler Dodge Ram dealership told me the reason why I am having problems with my car starting is because I was given a spare key, rather than the original key which has a computer chip in the original keys that are programmed to newer model vehicles. I have been having this problem since 9/18/16, and to this day Ive been calling every week to get this matter taken care of, but I am constantly brushed off onto someone else. I contact the General Manager she is just as lame as her staff because she doesnt answer back to customers either if you have a problem. Then when I call to complain about Binh Benny who sold the car to me, all of a sudden he doesnt work there anymore. There is a bunch of incompetent, lazy, liars that work there! When I call the operator puts me on hold for 10 minutes just to transfer me to the wrong person every time. I ask to speak to the person who helped me "SAM" and then they transfer me to answer machines of RJ, Andrew, hung up on me 3 times while I was waiting, and then I called right back about 8 times in a row and no one answered the phone. The phone operators, sales department, finance department, service department, they will not help you when it is something that is owed, they only want to be bothered with you when your spending money. The liars Ive encountered; Sam, Twan, RJ, Benny, and countless others whose names I did not catch, but I will continue to call this people, and continue to record the conversations I have with them that are full of lies, I am currently see what further action I need to take, I am tired of being ignored by these people.
